Above expectations !
Pros: Location is excellent if you want to visit the history of Rome ... the Colloseum, the Forum, column of Trajan, the Pantheon, all of this is at a walking distance ! Breakfast is served around the corner, and also there are some nice restaurants and shops in the neigborghood.
Cons: It is the city center... quite some cars in the street racing to the next red lights. But in the night the are at home, enjoying the pasta !

Pros: The property was massive, spacious & lovely for our group of 8, in immaculate condition. It was a relief to get inside the house with A/C after the scorching heat of Rome !! We thoroughly rested up at the property, even prepared our own meal for the night ! Shame our trip was only 2 days in Rome ! 100% recommend for anyone looking for a really cool comfortable place ! Thanks to the host for the good communication ! 5 stars in every check box !

Pros: The location of the accommodation was great. There were 7 of us so the size was perfect too. The building we stayed in was safe and around it a lot of small shops and restaurants.
Cons: The apartment is dilapidated, we had huge puddles in the living room because the radiator was leaking. All but one bedroom is noisy due to traffic. We also had a problem with morning noise because the apartment above us was being renovated.

Pros: La suite Manzoni est un appartement spacieux et très agréable. Le métro au pied de l'immeuble est très appréciable et nous avons pu faire beaucoup de visites également à pied. Beaucoup d'équipement ont fait que nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
Cons: L'appartement se trouve sur une grande avenue avec beaucoup de circulation et donc beaucoup de bruit pour les deux chambres donnant sur la rue. Quelques réparations seraient à faire, particulièrement sur un flexible de douche qui fuyait, la douchette de l'étage ne fonctionnait pas non plus et le robinet de la cuisine n'était pas bien fixé.

Άνετη διαμονή για μια οικογένεια ή παρέα δίπλα σε όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς.
Pros: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα σε μέσα μεταφοράς, άνετα κρεβάτια, καθαριότητα.
Cons: Δεν λειτουργούσαν όλα τα φώτα της κουζίνας.

Pros: Die Größe des Apartments war perfekt für die Personenanzahl.
Cons: Die Ausstattung war nicht sehr üppig, zur Selbstversorgung - Toilettenpapier, Spühlmaschinentaps, keine zusätzlichen Müllsäcke vorhanden, Taps für Kaffee waren nicht passend, der Kaffeeautomat war sowieso kaputt

Pros: Ev harikaydı. Döşeme tarzı çok keyifliydi, bir piyano bile vardı. Ayrıca son derece güvenli ve sessizdi. Tek başına bile kalabilir insan. Çamaşır makinesi olması sıcakta gidenler için çok yararlı bir olanak. Çok yakınında biri tümü doğal ürünler satan birçok market var ve erken açılmaları da ayrıca bir avantaj. Resepsiyon görevlisi Marco sizi keyifle karşılıyor, çok sempatik ve herşeyi tek tek anlatıp sorularınızı yanıtlıyor. Ayrıca ev sahibimiz Daniel daima çevrim içi, whatsapptan her tür sorununuza yetişiyor.
Cons: Konakladığımız tesis mğkemmeldi ancak genel olarak tüm Floransa'da taksi bulmak çok zor. Oldukça az araç var. Otobüs durakları ve yönleri karmaşık. Otobüs için de çok beklemek gerekiyor

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la boca de metro Manzoni y a 10 minutos del Colisseo y el Foro Romano. La casa es muy bonita, las camas muy cómodas y muy limpia. Muy cerca también hay varios restaurantes muy buenos y muy bien de precio.

Çok iyi
Pros: Daire 8 kişi için yeterince büyüktü. Oda düzeni ihtiyaçlarımız için mükemmeldi. Odaların iki kata ayrılması çok hoştu. Bütün daire temizdi. Ve mutfakta neredeyse her şey mevcut. Merkezi bir konumda olması çok büyük avantaj.
Cons: Alt kat banyo lavabolarında su giderinden su çok yavaş akıyordu, sanırım giderler tıkalı. Cadde gürültüsü, pencere kapalı olduğu halde olduğu gibi içerideydi. Neredeyse pencere yok gibiydi. Üst kata çıkan merdivenlerden biri yerinde çıkmış sanırım çok sallanıyordu. Biri düşebilir.
