Colosseum Boutique Apartment

Pros: Georgia was very helpful, she responded quickly to my questions, the material she sent was complementary to the registration.

Pros: Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Giorgia was an amazing host and was very helpful before and during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend!

Couldn't ask for more - exceeded expectations and made the couple of days in Rome just perfect.

Pros: The location was perfect - close to sites as well as next door to the Metro. Local shops provided us with everything we needed for the time we were there. I also think the contact with the agent - Giorgia - was fantastic. There was enough information and help when we needed it and a gentle communication to make sure we were content and happy. She was fantatsic.

Cons: I'm not sure there was anything that needed to be better. Everything was clean, tidy, welcoming and perfect.

Great modern, comfortable, easy living apartment.

Pros: We are a family of 5; with four bedrooms & bathrooms, everyone had their own space to retreat to after a long day of adventure through Rome. The property managers seemed to really care about us and checked in on us upon arrival and throughout our stay. They were responsive to any issues that arose. They also assisted us with navigating travel transfers which was gratefully appreciated. The apartment was modern and had a hotel feel to it. Our kids (all adults) were happy too. Easy access to the Colosseum and surrounds, a number of small convenience stores nearby and several good restaurants. There was an information booklet from the property managers that outlined the basics for tourists in Rome which was great. Added bonus, although very small, a lift, to help you get to the 4th floor.

Pros: the location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Entry to the building was very easy and instructions to get to the apartment was very good. Perhaps the only thing we found would be a photo of the outside of the building with the rest of the instructions as we didn't find the main door easily at first.

Pros: everything was great during our stay, the hosts were responsive on time. did not have any problem in finding the keys as well. well equipped with cutlery, crockery and glassware. the hosts helped us in every way possible.

Cons: had a major issue with the washroom. it would be great if the hosts could have taken care of the same before check inn. also, they should put locks in the bathroom

Once moved in, brilliant for location and services.

Pros: The size of the apartment meant that for the first time since our holiday started, 3 weeks earlier, we had a room and bed for everyone. Others were deceptive in their description of the accomodation layouts. The proximity of the front door to: Metro - 30 metres. Tram stop - 20 metres. Coffee shop/ cafe - 2 metres. Mini market - 5 metres. Express mini market (bit bigger) - diagonally across the road. Countless restaurants within a short stroll in all directions.

Cons: The elevator to the 4th floor, at the rear of the long corridor up a flight of stairs to get to, only accommodates 2 people at a time. We were a family group of 8, including a 4yo and a baby in a stroller. Logistically difficult and time consuming with 8 cases, 9 bags and a stroller, to reach. Once there though, no problems. Definitely not suitable to wheelchairs.

Unforgettable experience

Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, evident in every corner. We really felt welcomed into a fresh and neat environment every time we returned to our room. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience in Rome.

Pros: Position to Metro station and Coliseum, rooms are comfortable and showers work well. Very clean. 2 cafes right outside front door for breakfast😁Lovely old building

Cons: Not enough hanging rails in bedrooms, only one bedroom had them. Stairs could be a problem, 4 story’s up and lift only takes one person at a time

Very comfortable and nice flat for a large group, in a great location.

Pros: Very large, comfortable and spacious flat. Each bedroom with a separate bathroom, which was important when travelling in a group of 9. Cleanliness, decor, furnishings flawless, everything great. Receiving the keys was easy, returning the same. Location very good, right by the metro station and a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. Nearby parking, grocery shops, lots of restaurants.

Cons: These are not negative comments but observations: in the area it is difficult to find a place to park your car on the street, but there are large paid car parks. In front of the building there is not even a place to stop and unpack, but this is Rome so you can stand in the middle of the street and make a small traffic jam ;-) The lift to the fourth floor is small, yes for two people or one with luggage, so it took our large group a long while to get upstairs.
