Pros: Price was very good, location was good to metro and colosseum. Owner reply on what’s app almost straight away.

Cons: We had to what’s app owners as stove would not work- they came over straight away to help. Kitchen had no bench space- table in kitchen for food prep would be good. Hot water ran out after very quickly. It does not service 3 people. We were there in winter, would have been nice to have hot shower. Very minimal furniture felt empty.

Pros: I stayed here for three days with friends and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Metro and within walking distance of many historical sites, which made exploring the city very easy. The apartment has a spacious terrace that was great for relaxing after a day out. The host was amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. They gave us plenty of great recommendations for restaurants, sights, and local tips that really enriched our stay. Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment with excellent air conditioning to recover from exploring Rome during the hot august heat.

Ideal, volvería sin duda

Pros: Ideal, el apartamento es tal cual se describe. Es espacioso, limpio, con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas, cocina con utensilios suficientes para cocinar, además de cafetera. Terraza amplia, termo con agua caliente y calefacción en toda la casa. La atención por parte de la anfitriona fue inmejorable, comunicación continua y nos permitió dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check in, gesto que agradecemos mucho. Ubicación inmejorable a 7 minutos andando del Coliseo.

Cons: Lo único malo que destacaría es que se escucha bastante los ruidos de los vecinos, la finca es antigua, y al dar a un patio interior se escucha todo. Pero es soportable.

Un weekend a Roma

Pros: L'accoglienza delle proprietarie gentili e premurose. La casa pulita con tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno, con a disposizione tè, e caffè,in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, comoda ai mezzi.

Cons: Nulla da segnalare

Pros: Ottima struttura posizionata in centro ! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente i proprietari della struttura gentilissimi e disponibili la consiglio.

Cons: La gentilezza dei gestori ed il terrazzo soprattutto.

Pros: I never write reviews about the properties that I stay but this one really left us pleased. We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes from the Colosseum, with the metro right next to the building and a supermarket conveniently located beside the yard. The host was amazing — super kind, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave us so many great local recommendations for places to eat and drink (not the typical tourist spots!), which made our experience even more special. The apartment itself was very spacious — we were six people, and it still felt comfortable and roomy. The balcony was incredible, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the host even left us thoughtful gifts and essentials. Honestly, everything was perfect — from the location to the comfort to the amazing host. We’d come back here in a heartbeat! ❤️🇮🇹

Pros: Jako puno sitnica koje cine dolazak i boravak ugodnim i lijepim..jako lijepo uredeno, opremljeno, sve pohvale

Pros: A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, közvetlenül a busz- és metróállomás mellett. Több helyi nevezetesség gyalogosan is elérhető. A környéken több étterem és üzlet is található.

Cons: A szálláson nincs televízió.
