Pros: The location is fantastic! Not more than a 2 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and 2 ferry stops to take you both ways on the canal. The apartment itself gave us a very authentic Venice experience, we particularly enjoyed the loft area for our kids. It was great value for money.
Cons: Nothing, for our short stay it was perfect.

Great place to have lovely stay at Rome
Pros: We spent lovely time with family (2+4) . Apartment is placed in centre of old city, walk distance to all attractions - you don't need to use any metro or bus. Apartment localization and layout makes it no so loud - event it's near widely used street (if more than 4 persons, some has to sleep in living room which is exposed to small street with restaurants). It contains all you need, two bathrooms, gas, dish washer, washing machine, iron, etc. The building has even lovely small elevator. Highly recommend for families!

A fantastic, comfortable stay in a character property in the middle of the old town.
Pros: The location in the middle of the old town was fantastic, everything was accessible within walking distance and so many restaurants and sights nearby. Comfortable family accommodation and great customer service. We also enjoyed browsing through the vast selection of books in the apartment. Despite the central location, it wasn’t noisy and we slept very well.
Cons: There were no duvet covers in the small bedroom, and the bedding wasn’t very clean. There could be more plug points too. Other than that, everything was spot on.

Un séjour parfait dans un appartement exceptionnel !
Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. Idéalement situé, il permet d’accéder à pied à tous les sites historiques majeurs de Rome. Un vrai bonheur pour découvrir la ville sans contrainte ! L’appartement en lui-même est très spacieux et parfaitement équipé. La décoration, de très bon goût, crée une ambiance chaleureuse et raffinée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la magnifique bibliothèque, riche et variée, qui ajoute une touche d’élégance et de charme au lieu. Enfin, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Les chambres, au calme, ont permis un vrai sommeil réparateur après nos longues balades dans Rome. Tout était réuni pour un séjour inoubliable. Un merci en particulier à Nicola et Marcello pour leur accueil et suivi parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement.

Pros: Todo excelente! Super comfortable, departamento perfectamente equipado, calentito, camas cómodas y la ubicación a la vuelta de Campo dei Fiori nos encantó.
Cons: Nada! Sólo recuerden que hay que sumar el impuesto turistico de Roma ( estaba avisado en la reserva)

Pros: Если бы у меня была квартира в Риме, она была бы именно такой ! Чудесные апартаменты , в которых очень приятно жить и находиться. На полках - красивые книги, которые интересно полистать , на кухне- все для комфортной готовки , и даже новогодний сервиз . Тепло. Не шумно. Самый центр- за углом Campo dei Fiori. Все рестораны , кафе, магазины и достопримечательности прямо рядом с вами . Nicola , которая встречала на вечером в апартаментах была очень любезна , все нам рассказала и ответила на все вопросы . Очень приятная девушка .

Ottima struttura in pieno centro
Pros: Posizione centrale perfetta, casa accogliente, ottimo servizio tv con Netflix sky e tanto altro, staff molto cordiale e soprattutto due bagni
Cons: Pulizia da migliorare nulla di grave ma hanno dimentica di buttare la spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti e qualche capello nella doccia e un po' di polvere sulle mensole. Macchina del caffè bloccata e perdeva acqua

Pros: Apartman je na izvrsnoj lokaciji i sve znamenitosti su dostupne pješice. Apartman je jako dobro opremljen, ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak
