Pros: The location is great, the door is right in front of the bus station, with plenty of affordable restaurants and cafés nearby. The owner was super kind and helpful; she even shared her WhatsApp number in case I needed recommendations or advice on places to visit. The room was spacious, much bigger than I expected, and even had a large wardrobe where you can easily organize your things. It was well-ventilated, with a big window letting in lots of fresh air. The main house is equipped with a microwave, hot water, dishes, cups, and everything you might need. Everything was clean and tidy. The only small downside was that the shower was a bit small.

Wonderful stay!
Pros: The room was nice. It has AC! It is extremely important in the summer. They also provide shared fridge and microwave, which I really like. The room was clean and quite spacious. Also, the owners are very helpful, welcoming and accommodating! I had a wonderful stay.
Cons: They don't have many sockets to plug in your charger, especially near the bed. There's only one extension with multiple sockets at one side of the bed. However, it didn't really bother me much, so it was fine. I wish there were curtains on the bathroom window, although the window glass is frosted for extra privacy.

Pros: Great location. Bus stop outside the building. To the Coliseum a few minutes by bus, half an hour on foot. Convenient access to Ciampino airport. Very clean. 2 bathrooms in the hallway, but that was no problem. Equipped kitchen. Mrs. Ruth helpful and friendly. I recommend.

Fine apartment for a short stay
Pros: Basically, you have all you need in the apartment. Our room was with a bathroom, the shower was super tiny, but it was fine for a quick shower. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was not working, but there was a fan, which helped as well.
Cons: In general, everything was fine.

Great stay in Sangiovanni
Pros: Great staff! Very welcoming and available to support you and give you helpful information. I appreciated the human touch and the in-person check-in experience, while most places opt for an automated check-in. The room was very clean, which is essential when staying anywhere to sleep.
Cons: The facilities are quite old and would really benefit from a thorough renovation. The location is great but the room is on a very noisy road.

Pros: Hostess was very friendly, the location near S. Giovanni Metro station is great and the room was big and cozy. Was very quiet even though having a window right next to busy street.
Cons: The mattress was a bit old and didn't support well in the lower back area.

Perfect location
Pros: The host Yuliana is amazing, really nice lady. The location is perfect, right in front of the house has a bus stop that takes you to the Colosseum, Termini station, Trevi fountain. 10 mins away is a metro station St Giovani which takes you to the Vatican City.
