Pros: Very nice and calm room equipped with all what you need. The host friendly and flexible. At the top of snacks for breakfast I was provided with yoghurt, juice, water and nonalcoholic beverage. Parada;)

Pros: The host was very welcoming and he had kept great breakfast options with coffee machine. The room was quite spacious and bathroom was really clean and spacious too. There was enough storage space in the room.

Cons: The lift to the property is very slow and old and has to be handled with utmost caution. Location is not the best as it is approx 1 km walk to San Giovanni metro station

Friendly and good value for money.

Pros: Located close to local shops, buses and Metro, only 25 min walk from the most famous Rome's attraction - the Colosseo, this air conditioned, single, on suite room was clean, tidy and very pleasant. Breakfast included was a bonus. Excellent value for money. The host Giulio was very friendly and responsive, and dealt with all my enquiries promptly. I will definitely consider the Letto e Latte Roma again when I return to Rome - one of the most beautiful cities in the world!

Great location near the Colosseum- ideal base for exploring Rome

Pros: Good location in San Giovanni, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Felt safe for a solo female traveller. Comfortable room, and basic but perfectly adequate breakfast each day. Bottled water and juices in the mini fridge was a welcome touch. Giulio was a very friendly and helpful host. There were a few crumbs on the floor from the previous guest’s stay but otherwise the room was clean and nicely decorated.

Best Stay in Roma!!!!

Pros: I like the efficiency of the host, always prompty and ready for all your requests and needs, house is clean, and have a little amenity like coffe machine for expresso or cup of coffee, tea, juice and water, really thoughtful!

Cons: I know some will say the lift to reach the apartment, but I understand this is a very prime classic residential apartment for families , so it's understandable
