Cozy and well connected location, kind host and a safe neighbourhood

Pros: Nice, quiet and safe location, very close to the San Giovanni metro station which connects you to historic center, Vatican and Colosseum. Also a tram at the same location leads directly to Trasteverre. Mr Vincenzo was a kind host and was very keen to teach us all of this alongside many other things, making our stay in Rome that much simpler. The rooms are simple and equipped well enough for us who needed a place outside of crowds after long days full of exploring. The breakfast had a decent variety of sweet choices.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this place! The host was incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was quiet, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was wonderful and just perfect to start the day. Everything was exactly as described, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great base for exploring Rome

Pros: A great bed and breakfast in a lovely area full of restaurants and cafés. Appreciated being able to retreat from the crowds in the centre. Breakfast in the garden a real treat.

Really enjoyed ir and would definitely recommend it.

Pros: Room was decent size and tastefully decorated it had every thing we needed. Lovely clean sheets and towels. Beds were comfy .Breakfast wax good . It's in a good, safe area with nice restaurants and travel is so easy once you get the hang of it. The App Citymapper was really useful

Cons: It was really hot and the air con came on but didn't work at providing any cold air so we ended up opening all the windows . But if you're in Rome in June thats going to happen

Pros: The location is very near to San Giovanni metro. Its 4 stops in Metro from Roma Termini. The room is very well organized with a balcony. It has fully functional kitchen. The host is super helpful. He gives you a map and shows how to navigate Rome. The Breakfast was complimentary and was very filling. All the food items were excellent.

Cons: The room space is a little small. So it's okay for 1/2 days of short stay. You have to carry your luggage through stairs to 1st or 2nd floor.

Pros: I definitely recommend this apartment. View from the balcony was amazing, location as well. Not far from the apartment located Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, which the host recommended to visit. The room was clean, the breakfast was tasty and the host was friendly and helpful. We had a really great time in Rome

Pros: Everything what we needed was there. A villa instsrted in the beautiful location in very calm neighborhood in a walking distance to San Giovanni metro station and only 25 min walking from Colosseum. Our stay was perfect, magical memories were made.

Wholesome

Pros: Loved the quiet and wholesome nature to the area. As well as the owners, they were helpful and he breakfast was very convenient. Also, the view from the balcony was really cool for someone not used to Rome!

Cons: Stairs were hard to get up with luggage, but that's no fault of the owners!
