Excellent hospitality and an amazing outside space.

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a family break in Rome. The furnishings are all nice and new and it is spotlessly clean. It is located in a residential area of Rome. The area is safe and has local shops and cafes. It was interesting to see somewhere that wasn’t just for tourists. The host, Valeria, is very thoughtful and gave us advice and information on places to go and local facilities. She met us on arrival and even helped us to locate an on- street parking space. The wine, water and milk she left us was a lovely touch. The walk to the metro station is about 10-15 minutes to line A which will get you right into the centre of Rome. The big bonus of the apartment is the amazing roof garden. It is huge and has lots of different seating areas. We had our breakfast there every morning and it was lovely for sitting out at night after a busy day. It even has a couple of toy ride in cars for smaller children to enjoy.

Pros: We absolutely loved the roof terrace! The hosts were also very kind and helpful! The apartment is also close to a metro station, so you can get easily to the historic centre.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with great rooftop terrace - everything you could need.

Pros: Very well equipped apartment with huge, beautiful rooftop terrace. Apartment was very safe and in a good neighbourhood close to Metro stop for travelling to centre of Rome. Supermarket and lots of cafes, restaurants nearby. Lift in building which was always reliable. Good wi-fi. Large shower room with plenty of hot water.

Pros: The apartment is comfortably furnished, bright, cosy and clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Before our arrival, the host was able to clarify our needs and give us helpful advices. As we arrived late, we had breakfast products, it was included in the price. The terrace was excellent with a beautiful sunset. Metro station and grocery store a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed 7 unforgettable days here. Definitely recommend.

A great space, really suited to both long and short stays and great public transport links!

Pros: It was exactly as described, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, fantastic aircon during a prolonged heatwave, and the terrace was perfect!

Appartement cosy proche du métro et du Vatican avec une magnifique terrasse au calme

Pros: Appartement très propre climatisé, avec une splendide terrasse, tout proche du métro pour s’évader dans Rome, la literie est très bien. Valeria est une hôte charmante et très aidante. Nous avons même pu profiter du transfert depuis l’aéroport

Pros: Posizione comoda per la metro, alloggio davvero pulito e ben attrezzato ( anche sale, zucchero, olio, carta igienica… bagnoschiuma e shampoo, cose che uno gradisce trovare, ma che a parer mio non son dovute), terrazza ampia, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, host disponibile, gentile e presente per suggerimenti. Supermercato “Todis” e farmacia vicino, ulteriore supermercato “Conad” lievemente più distante, ma facilmente raggiungibile. Gradevoli anche i soprammobili presenti che rendono la casa meno impersonale e più accogliente.

Pros: I visited Rome for my daughters graduation from her study abroad grad school. The apartment was right across the street from my daughter, so the location was ideal for me. Valeria was very gracious and worked well with me on my arrival and departure times. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace was huge and beautiful. The couch in the living area was a bit short, but still comfortable. The Chilled bottle of wine in the fridge upon arrival after a long day of travel was a very nice and appreciated touch.

Cons: The kitchen was great and had everything needed for some light cooking, but could use a few spices (salt/pepper).
