Perfectly located flat. Easily fits 8 people and equipped very well.
Pros: The property is perfectly located. Few minutes to the metro station and you can go mainly everywhere from there.
Cons: Maybe just a pressure of the watet in the flat. It is very weak, but maybe this is the problem of the building instead of flat.

Superb!
Pros: We stayed three friends for eight nights. The apartment is great, spacious, fully equipped, renovated, in the fourth floor. I may say that it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, sunny, and comfortable., with a nice balcony view. Everything is renovated, and in my opinion the decoration is superb. Neighborhood is a safe one and quiet as well, and the apartment is near Metro Station Cornelia. In 5-10' max minutes walking there are plenty cafe/restaurants/ super markets as well. Host Oksana is very friendly and helpful! Finally this was one of the best places I have stayed and I would definitely recommend it!
Cons: Access to building door and apartment is done via cellphone application, which is controlled over wi-fi. One day wi-fi went offline and we were locked outside. Thus you should carry the physical key of the building door with you, just to be on the safe side. The room with the single bed, is the only one that has no A/C. ( I believe due to structural reasons, since all other rooms have A/C) Balcony would be small for more than three people. (No issue for us :) ) Elevator is quite small and old, as has been described in other comments. (No issue after 2-3 times of use :) )

Great apartment, security deposit returned fast
Pros: The property is clean, location is great, amazing host and quick refund.
Cons: At first i didn't like the fact that we had to do safety deposit since I've never done it with booking.com I was hesitant because I might not receive it and to be honest, it's an added work. But I received the security deposit some days after so I'm happy with it. Note also that we had a difficulty with opening the apartment but maybe it was with the instruction that we got confused with.

Pros: Apartment is very comfortable with with numerous rooms and beds. It feels like it was made for someone to live in, everything feels expensive and comfortable, well-designed.

Ampio appartamento super accessoriato
Pros: Appartamento enorme, dotato di ogni comfort! Apertura porte con app dedicata, comodissima per non avere paura di perdersi le chiavi e che consente self check-in agevole. Host disponibile. Animali ammessi. Metro raggiungibile a piedi
Cons: Parcheggio in strada difficoltoso (ma si sa, è Roma!)
