Pros: Our room was absolutely perfect, plenty of room for the 3 of us. Always kept tidy. The staff were absolutely lovely and did everything to make our stay better. The breakfast was great and served daily in our room. Would highly recommend the guest house to anyone visiting Rome.

Excellent value for money

Pros: Really loved the location - 15 minutes or so walk from Roma Termini station. It is located on the 6th floor, but has a lift (though pretty small...) There is an excellent breakfast place with lots of baked goodies and great coffee just downstairs, but there is already breakfast provided so i only had it on the first day when i arrived. i was able to leave my luggage before the room was ready, and left the luggage after i checked out (i had an afternoon train)

Very welcoming stay with a family atmosphere

Pros: The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always smiling and available whenever I needed anything. The room was simple but had everything I needed and was very comfortable. It was also very quiet, which I really appreciated. The location was excellent, Monti is a really niceneighborhood, with many things within walking distance. It was also great value for money. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with croissants, coffee and cappuccino. The atmosphere felt warm and family-like. I also appreciated the possibility to leave my luggage when needed.

Enjoyable amazing stay

Pros: Comfy and clean with v gd location. We enjoyed the diff varities of croissants served every morning. Of course the eggs and cappuchinos too :) Eduardo’s n Riccardo’s mum is very sweet, kind n warm :) Grazzie :)

Cons: The hot water in the shower is not hot after a while. So it s gd to keep your showers short n sweet :)

Fabulous little hotel in a great location.

Pros: This was a lovely little hotel in a fabulous location. It was not far from Termini (walking distance), but the neighbourhood was really safe and friendly. Self-check in was easy; the staff were super friendly; room was comfy; and the breakfast was so nice, proper Italian style (good coffee and pastries). This really was good value for money. I can highly recommend the hotel!
