Nothing better in this price.

Pros: Very good location, very close to the main terminal and coloseum. The room is not big but you have everything you need. We don’t hear any other residents of apartments. The room was clean. Gabriele is super helpful host.

Everything was great!

Pros: The host, Gabriele, was very friendly and showed us so many wonderful places to visit. The room was absolutely clean! The location was perfect, so close to so many places but yet in a more quiet road, which was great.

Cons: We would have appreciated a couple more amenities (maybe a trashcan, or another chair) but these are very minor and did not affect our stay in any way.

I would definitely stay here again when returning to Rome.

Pros: I especially appreciated the host’s hospitality. I arrived late at Termini station and, even late at night, Gabriele came to meet me, accompanied me to the hotel and helped me with the check-in. Very kind and helpful.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that at times you could hear noise from the neighboring rooms, especially the TV if the volume was turned up

Pros: Central location, close to Termini and many points of interest such as the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. There is a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away that can take you almost anywhere. Despite being very central, the area is great—quiet, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was good and clean. Gabriele gave us a very warm welcome and provided many great recommendations! I highly recommend it 🤍 Grazie di tutto!

Pros: Location was very good and brilliant walking distance from everything. There are many good cafes around .

Cons: Toilet doors could be made more private . We had to make sure one was looking the other way when the other was going to the toilet.

Pros: The location is super perfect. Just by walking you can reach all attractions ,like Spanish steps by 14 minutes and Roman Forum by 10 minutes. And it's easy to find the hotel first day .Staff is very friendly and can give you all instructions in case of self check in , its is really smooth. The is nice , bed is soft .

Great stay in Rome!

Pros: Wonderful stay in Rome! Although the room is not very large, the high ceiling and smart design make it feel very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The shared kitchen is convenient, with coffee and cooking facilities available. The location is great — easy to reach public transport and within walking distance of the train station. The host was incredibly patient and kind, helping us with local tips, restaurant recommendations, and even during the city parade when we needed extra assistance. Excellent value for money — highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome! 🌿
