Pros: Great location,well positioned for exploring Rome,very clean, modern interior.

Cons: Can't think of a negative.

A week in Rome

Pros: Excellent apartment in a tranquil neighbourhood, just off the city centre but with good connections both to the central station and the main tourist attractions in Rome. The apartment has everything one needs for even a longer stay, including a kitchenette with cooking utensils and a washing machine. Three or four supermarkets just around the corner and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The balcony that overlooks a quiet inner courtyard was great for enjoying some cool air in the evenings. Fast internet connection for some occasional work away from the office. The hosts were friendly and easy to reach at all times both before my arrival and during my stay there and they provided all necessary information to feel right at home from day one.

Pros: Studio Margherita is a small but very cleverly designed place, so it has everyone one needs and feels bigger than it is. The terrace is a bonus

It was relaxing and comfortable stay

Pros: The host was very helpful, polite and collaborative. The apartment has an excellent location. Many shops and restaurants around the place. The place is quiet. I firmly recommend the studio to my friends.

Cons: The pillows but it is very personal

Pros: I'm a walker so I didn't mind walking to the center. (~30 min) Food is also near by like restaurants, coffee and supermarket. (across the street) It's a safe area. 30 min walk from Termini to the apartment. Also, bus station in front of the building, but I didn't check it out. I liked the studio & it was clean. :)

A great place to stay in Rome

Pros: The flat was amazing with a great balcony / terrasse, a very clean and modern interior with everything you need to feel at home ! The bed was super comfortable ! The flat was very well located and close to several buses and a metro stop ! it's also really close to several small supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, and there is even a bowling next door ! If you have any issues or anything you need help with, Lorenza the amazing hostess always has the solution and she will find the fastest and best way to help you at all times. This makes everything smooth and easy. She can speak fluent french, english and italian so communication is easy too ! I believe this is an amazing place to stay and I can definitely recommend it !

I had a beautiful stay here while looking for an apartment in Rome

Pros: Good neighborhood, beautiful studio, nice staff. I had my 2 cats with me and they even had food and water bowls for them! Excellent :)

Pros: The studio is very nice and modern, with a lovely terrace. Location is great - neighborhood with plenty of options for restaurants, cafes, parks etc and easy to get to the city center with public transport or walking. The owners were very responsive, kind and flexible. I would definitely recommend and stay again

Exceptionally cozy apartment in a calm district of Rome

Pros: My husband and I stayed in Studio Margherita for five days at the end of April and absolutely loved the place! The flat itself is super cozy and clean, and equipped with everything one might need for the stay. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful, and it was so nice of her to let us check in earlier so that we could start enjoying the city right upon arrival in the early afternoon. The apartment is in the walking distance from Villa Borghese, and the area around is very clean and safe. The building itself is modern and clean, and the courtyard is very quiet. The view from the window is fabulous (see the pics), and the bed is exceptionally comfy.

Perfect place for one traveller/couple

Pros: Everything is just right perfect for one traveller or maybe a couple, the place was recently renovated, good bed, good shower, the balcony is just a plus for you to breath-in some fresh air and enjoy the Italian vibe outside. Very quiet for sleeping. You have 2 Carrefour Express in the street of the building. Lots of bus stop near by that can take you literally to everywhere. Pizza, pasta or McDonalds whatever you want is about 2 or 3 minutes away.
