Pros: Nice spacious apartment in the basement of an apartment building. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the host. Clean apartment. Living room and kitchen in a single large space. Well-equipped kitchen. Good bedroom. Washing machine in the apartment. Air conditioning available. Convenient location for the place I was visiting in Rome.

Cons: Being in the ground floor, and although it has windows, it is not very luminous.

Cozy and quiet stay

Pros: The location was great. We were staying there for a week and had everything we needed. Once you enter there are no noises from the city to be heard. Nearby is a little grocery store, that's open even on sunday and a few restaurants. You can reach mostly every attraction in the City by bus and some by metro without problems. The owner is very nice and gave us some tips about restaurants. He was reachable If needed. The keys are in a locked box and with the information of the owner were easy to find. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Pros: Very clean, looks just like the photos. Great location! Supermarkets, a winery, cafes, restaurants are all in very close proximity. The neighborhood is nice, lots of beautiful and well-dressed locals 😍 Also we were surprised that there was an olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee in the kitchen, a laundry detergent for the washing machine. Everything was fine.

Cons: Be sure to take slippers because the floor is cold.

Pros: spacious room and toilet. Everything you need is there. Even arranged a taxi to the airport. Nice place to stay.

Cons: The location was not reachable via public transport. Taxi from airport cost 30 euros.

Buen apartamento para descansar tranquilamente en Roma

Pros: La cama comodísima, espacio amplio. El agua de la ducha salía fenomenal y muy caliente! A media hora del centro caminando y a 10-15 min en autobus. Muy bien comunicado.

Cons: Es un poco húmedo dado que es como un bajo/sótano y la cocina tampoco estaba muy equipada.

Pros: Excelente localização . Poucos minutos a pé dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, e com ponto de ônibus na esquina caso prefira o transporte público . Mercado e mc Donalds apenas 1 quadra também . Local limpo com toda estrutura necessária . Anfitrião super acessível via WhatsApp . Excelente custo benefício , indico e voltaria

Pros: De accommodatie ligt op het einde van een binnenpleintje. Het appartement zelf is ruim, met alle nodige voorzieningen. Je verblijft wel een eindje buiten het centrum, maar op 5 minuten wandelen heb je de bushalte die je richting oude stad brengt. Verder zijn er in de omgeving veel eetgelegenheden en supermarkten.

Cons: De badkamer is aan een update toe. Er ligt een bowlinghal naast het appartement, wat je wel hoort, maar het geluid is niet onoverkomelijk.

Pros: La posizione della casa è ottima in un bellissimo quartiere, fornito di tram. La casa è molto spaziosa e il proprietario molto reattivo nelle risposte.

Cons: La casa è molto umida, ma accendendo il deumidificatore o il riscaldamento la situazione migliora molto. I dettagli della casa non sono molto curati.

Pros: The apartment has everything needed for a great stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. As for sleeping - it was awesome, with comfy beds, blackout curtains and a quiet neighborhood. We slept till late in the morning, but after all, that's what the vacation is for))

Cons: We had trouble with the water on the bathroom floor appearing like out of nowhere, but that's life, things can get broken, and the host immediately sent the cleaner when we reported the problem, so I would call it a minor inconvenience. Also, it would have been nice to get clean sponges to do the dishes, as the ones we received clearly have been used before.
