Pros: Good value for money, I was very pleased by the apartment. Clean and tidy. Nothing luxurious, but everything we needed for a short stay. The drains are slow to let out water in the bathroom, that was the only thing I noticed that was not great.

Pros: Spacious apartments, extremelly clean and really easy communication with host. Bit far from center but there is a plenty of bus stops which are going to Piazza Venezia or Ostiense train station. Grocery stores are on the street, with restaurants and caffes. I was really impresed. Thank you.

Nice apartment, smooth communication with host, good value for money

Pros: The flat is spacious enough for 4 people. Getting in and out is very easy with the codes provided on the day before check in. Everything works in the kitchen. The apartment is located in a seemingly very safe area. We needed to take either subway or bus to get to the attractions, they´re not walking distance (except Villa Borghesi), but that is not a problem, we already knew that when we chose the flat. The host let us leave our luggage on the entrance hall before check in time, since we arrived early in Rome.

Cons: Since there were 4 of us, sometimes the shower drain would get clogged and we would have to wait a bit between showers. The lights went out 2 times, but it was an easy fix, just turning the circuit breaker back on, on the entrance hall.

Pros: The location was good. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Not many tourists around the area which is unusual for Rome. The bed was comfy and WiFi a bonus.

Cons: It needs a bit of TLC but overall very good.

Pros: Host was very helpful. Location is great with all necessities like grocery, coffee shops, bars, metro station close by. The house is although not big but very good use of space and very clean. It was ideal for our stay in Rome.

Pros: Communication was easy and quick. Check-in and check-out happened smoothly. The apartment is located near many restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Cons: It would be nicer if the kitchenware were throughout cleaned.

Great value for money

Pros: Great location away from the crowds a short walk from the metro which runs pretty much all day. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was very clean. Easy to find and access. Great value for money if you're looking for a cheap base just to sleep and wash and we did.

Cons: No kettle in the apartment and a coffee pot which would really only serve one. The shower is clogged with limescale so the flow of water isn't brilliant and it drips all night. The air-conditioning works great in the small space. Unfortunately the blinds can not be opened and therefore we were unable to open the windows to let fresh air in because the blinds hung in the way of the open windows. Apartment sleeps 4 and there is only 1 pillow provided for each potential guest.

Cozy and clean apartment with good location

Pros: Very clean and cozy apartments. Getting the keys was very easy. Good location near bus stops. Highly recommended! The apartment has everything we could need. There is a very good pizzeria nearby.
