Pros: Fabulous location & lovely hostess who couldn’t have been more helpful & informative.

Pros: Location was great and the apartment furnishing & layout was excellent. As a family we were very comfortable and had all the amenities at hand.

Cons: The apartment was on 3rd floor which was a bit of challenge taking heavy bags. But one time only.

Cons: There are flights of stairs to carry your luggage which was fine for us (& a lovely local restaurateur helped us with our bags) but beware if you are not capable of the stairs

Perfect Location, Comfortable Stay

Pros: The location! Fantastic. Zoya was so helpful (despite us not meeting in person). The property itself was well presented and more than comfortable for us. Yes there are some “maintenance” things but they are more to do with the age of the building (it’s Rome!) so we were happy with everything.

Pros: Apartment was great, so modern, spotless and well equipped with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one. It slept 4 adults comfortably and there was loads of space for us to relax and chill out. Zoya, the host was so nice. She met us upon arrival and provided a map with various sights highlighted. She also provided us with lots of recommended cafes and restaurants. The location was excellent, very central and right next to the Pantheon. Walking distance to the majority of the main sights. I would definitely try to book here if visiting Rome again.

Perfect stay in beautiful Rome

Pros: The property is very well located-a matter of meters away from the Pantheon. There are beautiful coffee shops and restaurants in close proximity. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. Fabulous showers in both the main bathroom and the en-suite. All mod cons present in the apartment and the host couldn’t have been more helpful sending information on places to eat and visit

Cons: The was nothing we didn’t like and would absolutely return and recommend to friends and family. Just a point to note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building with no lift. This was not a problem for us but may be a challenge for some guests

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment and diamond of a hostess.

Pros: The property was extremely centrally located, within walking distance of everything one would want to see in Rome. The apartment itself was beautiful, newly decorated (with very good taste), containing absolutely everything one could need on their stay. The hostess, Zoya, was an absolute diamond from the moment we booked. She went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure we had a great stay from offering airport transfers, to giving us a map with handpicked recommendations and even finding a place for us to watch English football. Nothing was too much to ask and Zoya covered every base perfectly.

Cons: A very picky point as no one enters the apartment during your stay but a safe could provide further peace of mind to guests.

Pros: Very good apartment, right in the heart of Rome. Easy to get to all the most interesting places. Quiet, convenient entrance. The owner of the apartment was very welcoming, helped and recommended very good places to eat and cocktail bars. Excellent time spent in Rome thanks to the recommendations of the hostess!
