Pros: Above all else the host Luigi was amazing. He arranged our taxi transfer from the station, great communication in the running up to our stay and throughout. Luigi met us at the apartment with the keys. He was like meeting a distant cousin, showed us about the apartment then sat down with us giving recommendations based on his family’s preferred spots in the city from attractions to playparks and sunset spots along with great hints and tips. We literally followed his recommendations like an itinerary and were never disappointed. Apartment was like a home from home. Everything you could possibly need. The beds were the comfiest we experienced out of all our apartments between Venice to Naples. Apartment felt safe and secure and very close to may places we had arranged to visit. Would defo recommend and will be back in touch with Luigi when we decide to return to Rome.

A perfect family apartment in a prime location.

Pros: We were met by Luigi for check in who gave us a thorough briefing on his lovely appartment and use of appliances etc. He then sat for about 20-30 mins discussing touristic and dining options for us, so that we could make the best use of our time in Rome. He even left us a precis of the points we discussed, which will be handy for our next visit, as it is impossible to fit everything in. Luigi was one of the best hosts that I have had for many visits in Rome, great communication, before and during our visit, and very attentive to our needs if required. The location of the appartment is only 50 meters away from the Pantheon (my favourite place to sit in the late evenings), and quite central to most of the main tourist attractions.

Pros: Location was excellent just a 2 minute walk to the Pantheon, restaurants & shops. Every must-see in Rome is an easy stroll. Apartment is very quiet as it’s on the 6th floor. There is a lift if stairs are not an option.

Cons: Lift area was small but this was not a problem for us.

Wonderful find in the perfect location for our Roman holiday.

Pros: Perfect location and excellent for our family of 6. Well equipped apartment with everything our family need for an enjoyable stay.

Cons: The sloping ceiling in the bedroom might be an issue for taller folks. It adds to the character of the place!

Pros: Superb location and excellent host who made very good recommendations for us. Property was characterful and well maintained with everything you could need for a short stay.

Cons: Bedroom layout was quirky with one leading off the other and ceiling is quite low in parts but all adds to the experience.

Pros: Everything about the accommodation was amazing. Luigi is an exceptional host. The apartment is in a perfect location - right between the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Plenty of room for our family of 5
