Pros: The apartment was very clean and tidy. We were kind of surprised of how well equipped it was and the way it looked exactly like the pictures. The host was kind enough to care for every detail like shampoo and clean sheets and towels. The instructions of getting inside the property were very clear and easy. What we appreciated the most is that our host Roberto was very helpful and responsive of everything we asked him, he helped us many times! Highly recommend this booking.

Wonderful apartment, couldn’t fault it!

Pros: Lovely property to stay at during our time in Rome. Air conditioning perfect! The bathroom was lovely & came provided with shampoo, body lotion and flannels which was a lovely touch (and towels too). Impeccably clean, really couldn’t fault this place!! Roberto the host was lovely & accommodating and gave us wonderful recommendations on places to eat around Rome!! Perfect stay. Busses frequently go to Rome city centre every 15 minutes or so.

Cons: Nothing it was amazing! Roberto is just starting up his buisness with booking.com (hence the few reviews) so don’t let this put you off!! It’s an amazing place to stay!

Molto carino

Pros: La casa é molto accogliente e ha tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare. La cucina è piccola ma ben attrezzata. La zona è molto tranquilla. Si trova parcheggio facilmente nei pressi dell appartamento.

Cons: L'unico collegamento con il centro è la linea autobus 881. L'ascensore è antico, la porte non sono automatiche e non arriva al piano, quindi con le valigie bisogna fare un piano a piedi

È stato bellissimo stare in quella struttura. Si trova nella zona silenziosa dunque favorisce a riposare.

Pros: La cucina mi è piaciuta tantissimo perché potevamo preparare i nostri pasti senza problem.

Cons: Abbiamo avuto solo un paio di lenzuola per tutta la settimana

Cons: Si trova un po' fuori zona rispetto al centro storico. E' servito da diversi autobus, anche di notte, ma ci vuole un po' per muoversi

Pros: Klidná část města s relativně dobrou dostupností do centra. Skvělý majitel a přátelské a vstřícné chování. Byt prostorný až velkorysý. Poměr cena a kvalita naprosto skvělý. Vhodné zejména pro ty co chtějí mít klid a nemusí střídat bar za barem. Plně vybavená kuchyňka, skvělá koupelna a prostorná ložnice.

Cons: Dispozice pokoje neumožňuje zrovna skvělý výhled, okna vedou na terasu a jsou nízká.
