Pros: This is a really nice place to stay in Rome. Supermarket, restaurants (really good ones!!!!) and bus station at a walking distance, very close to the apartment. Apartment was clean and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. Would definetely choose this place again. Thanks Emanuele!

Clean and bright and in the perfect spot!
Pros: This apartment was my home base for 24 days. It is new and clean and secure. It is also a perfect location. Close to major bus lines to explore the Vatican or Trastevere or the old parts of Rome. Easy access to the trains for day trips to Naples, Florence or Milan by high speed train. There are places nearby to eat out if you don't want to cook and a grocery store just around the corner for when you do want to cook. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of extra towels and a washing machine! The arrival and departure were really easy and the hosts were very responsive when I had questions. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Rome.
Cons: I loved every minute!

Pros: Todo muy bien Las almohadas deben ser de mejor calidad. Ubicación muy cerca de supermercado y paradero de buses. A 20-25 min del centro en bus. Los Ubers, excesivamente caros... Sugiero informen bien a turistas de cómo comprar los tickets de buses. Me sacaron un parte los fiscalizadores. Ni ellos, ni el general la gente que atiende en los restaurantes y en especial a turistas, atiende bien. Da la impresión que somos una molestia...
Cons: Del anfitrión, todo bien. Muy preocupado. Me ofreció ir a buscarnos y estuvo puntual. El depa, al parecer estaba nuevo, todo funcionando.

Completely equipped accommodation
Pros: The only thing I want to say: This apartment is unbelievably perfect. Nothing to add, they did everything to make my stay as my sweet home. This is my house in Rome whenever I’ll be there. 👍👍👍
Cons: Just need to catch buses toward metro ( 10 minutes by bus and 25 minuets walking ). Bus number 889 and 892 have uncertain schedule. But; but; but Remember depends on the price; waiting maximum 15 minuets for buses is not a big deal

Ruhiger zum Entspannen geeigneter Ort leicht außerhalb des Zentrums
Pros: Ruhiges, sehr sauberes und großzügig geschnittenes , neu renoviertes Apartment ! 2 Klimaanlagen! Großer Balkon. Supermarkt, Busstation und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Informationen und Tipps dazu wurden vom Gastgeber gegeben.
Cons: Fällt mir nichts ein!!!

Pros: Apartman je nov,cist, dobro opremljen i udoban. Blizina autobusne stanice,kafica,par restorana i supermarketa. Mirno okruzenje. Domacin je bio jako ljubazan i objasnio nam sve potrebno.
Cons: Jedina mana je sto zgrada nema lifta.

Pros: Casa ampla, iluminada, limpa, bem decorada. O Emanuel foi 5 estrelas connosco, ajudou em tudo. Paragem de autocarros a 200mt, restaurante, supermercado. Cama confortável, a casa tem tudo o que precisamos. Recomendo

Отличное место для посещения Рима на срок от 5 дней.
Pros: Просторная квартира со свежими ремонтом в тихом районе Рима. В кухне и ванной есть все необходимое (фен, душ-гель, посуда, кастрюли, посудомойка, новые плита, духовка, микроволновка и т.п.). В спальне кровать с хорошим матрасом. В квартире было тепло не смотря на прохладные мартовские ночи. Рядом (метрах в 100) отличный супермаркет Todis (работает до 21:00), чуть подальше (метров 500) ресторан Zazà. В 5 минутах ходьбы остановки общественного транспорта. Был с ребенком, поэтому пригодилось наличие рядом детского развлекательного парка. Очень хороший контракт с управляющим объектом, по моей просьбе организовали трансферы с аэропорта и обратно.
Cons: До основных достопримечательностей нужно ехать 40 минут (Ватикан) - час (Колизей). Но для меня это было лучше, чем жить в подвале в центре. Плита имеет малую мощность, поэтому если нужно быстро вскипятить воду, лучше воспользоваться электрочайником. Для путешественников с детьми следует учитывать отсутствие детского сидения на унитаз и подставки к умывальнику.
