Pros: The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people, having a big living room with sofa bed and one bedroom. There is also a dining area and a small but well equipped kitchen. Both living room and kitchen open to a very large terrace which is quite private given that the building is further away from the main street. The stop for the direct bus that takes you to downtown Rome is just 2 minutes away and the apartment can also be easily reached from the airport. Cesare, the host, welcomed us at the location and provided us lots of information about the place but also recommendations of where to eat or shop.

Pros: Very nice apartment, it has all you need for a pleasent stay. The host was very nice and friendly, he gave us all informations about the apartment, how to get to all tourist points in Rome and the best restaurants and supermarkets around. The location is good, it is connected well with Fiumicino airport and the Center of the city. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfy and has very big and beautiful terrace. I highly recommend it.

Pros: The apartment was clean and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The terrace is an amazing asset, it's a beautiful space for a morning coffee or a dinner after a long day. Going to the tourist areas was easy for us with bus 881, not more than 20- 30 minutes. The communication with the host was great, Cesare was very welcoming and he gave us good advice and recommendations! Overall we were very pleased with our stay, it was the perfect place for us!

Pros: A nice place well equipped and clean. Cesare received us and was very kind.

Cons: Just a comment that if you’re going to Rome and will depend on public transport it will take about 50 minutes to go to main touristy spots.

Pros: Cesare is very nice guy, he will explain everything about apartment and town, he even helped us to book taxi to airport, our flight back was at night. Apartment is very good, all was clean, some equipment were a bit older but all was working. Best part of this apartment is beautiful terrace. Neighborhood is calm, very close is bus stop where you can easily get to old town. Restaurant and store is also very close. I can recommend this apartment.

Pros: The owner took care of everything in the appartment. We could prepare our dinners in the kitchen, which was very good equiped. We had the appartment prepared upon arrival, with all beds made and towels prepared. All rooms are very spacious and fitted well for our family stay in Rome. We can only recommend to book as soon as possible.

Cons: First day the appartment was a little bit colder in the evening, but with the help of the owner this was sorted out quickly.
