Short trip to Rome

Pros: Everything was spotless, quiet, relaxing, it was a very nice stay, even if only short. Luciano is a very friendly and helpful host, i can definitely recommend him and his venue.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was excellent – in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, just a short walk from the Lepanto metro station and close to many main attractions. The area also had plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and we really appreciated the air conditioning – especially after long days of sightseeing. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and friendly. It was the perfect base for our Roman holiday, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Honestly, I am thrilled with this apartment. First of all, the owner, Luciano, is a very pleasant man who helped us organize airport transfers, even though I contacted him at the last minute—both on arrival and departure. The apartment is in a fantastic location, away from the noise, yet within walking distance of all the main attractions. It has a separate walk-in closet, which is a huge plus when traveling, as it keeps the room tidy and provides easy storage for suitcases. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with all necessary toiletries. Cleanliness is at a very high level (and the apartment is cleaned daily). The building itself is also beautiful. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Cons: The isolation beetween appartments is poor, so you can hear the neighbors when they are in the bathroom.

Pros: Lucciano was an excellent host, graciously accommodating our request for an early check-in and providing us with useful recommendations and tips for sightseeing around the city. The apartment boasts a central location near Piazza Poppollo, making most of the city's popular attractions easily accessible on foot. It's a fantastic spot to stay if you're looking to conveniently explore Rome.

Pros: Great value for money, lovely neighborhood with government offices and buildings surrounding the building. The host was very welcoming and flexible with requests, also very easy to get hold off with whatsapp. A/C was ice cold.

Cons: Signs of wear and tear on the walls, the shower door didn't stay closed, leading to a very wet floor. TV had had some damage, screen was somehow broken.

Pros: The apartment was really nice, in a quiet neighborhood. We were five minutes away from the metro station and Piazza del popolo. The interior was cozy and the bathroom very clean. We would definitely recommend it.

Ottima struttura per vedere Roma.

Pros: La posizione è sicuramente l'aspetto migliore, a due passi da Piazza del Popolo, è anche molto comodo arrivarci in macchina e ci sono parcheggi nelle vicinanze. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa, c'era la macchina del caffè Nespresso e una bottiglietta di acqua frizzante. Il bagno carino, doccia ampia . C'era il kit dei prodotti per il bagno. Sia la camera che il bagno avevano due finestre molto grandi che davano su una specie di area interna al palazzo, il bagno con la finestra è sicuramente un plus.

Cons: Personalmente non ho trovato il materasso del letto molto comodo, poi la porta della doccia si apriva con un po' di difficoltà e dato che il lavandino era molto vicino gli spazi per entrare e uscire dalla doccia erano un po' limitati, però capisco che la disposizione non poteva essere cambiata e comunque la grandezza della doccia faceva passare in secondo piano questa cosa.

Pros: Staff eccezionale, flavio e luciano numeri 1 del settore, stanza profumata, servizi ottimi

Pros: Struttura pulita e confortevole. Zona strategica. Il titolare super disponibile per tutto. Lo consiglio. Voto 10.
