Pros: Clean, amazing location & great modern facilities with old world Rome charm

Cons: I was confused about check in but I think that was my fault!

Pros: Property was immaculately clean with everything you could possibly want and need. Staff were fantastic- very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Property was of an incredible high standard. Definitely recommend.

Cons: Was slightly concerned about there not being a fire exit. Only way out of the suites was through reception which housed a computer. Had a fire broken out there we wound not have been able to get out. There were no fire instructions in the room like you normally find on the back of your door.

Pros: One of the best hotels in the area. The room is decorated to a very high standard beautiful, aesthetic, and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need is available in the room, down to the smallest detail. The room also faces an amazing view, which makes starting the morning a real pleasure. The service is outstanding. Everything you need is available via WhatsApp 24/7, and even when something wasn’t quite right, they compensated us generously. The location is central, there is a bus, tram and train right on the street. Close to the shopping street. The souvenir shops are also cheaper than in other areas. Highly recommended!

Cons: No problem. Everything was good. Even when the jacuzzi didn't work, they compensated us and paid for a taxi to the airport.

A relaxation guarantee!

Pros: I am traveling a lot, and I stay at a lot of different hotels. This hotel experience was beyond our expectations, and is the best hotel I have been to! First thing first: the staff was 10/10. It was super clean, and incredibly relaxing, which is important after walking around in Rome. Here you can turn on the jacuzzi, connect your phone to the speakers in the roof, buy a bottle of wine from the mini bar, and dim the light to get the perfect relaxation after strolling the streets like a complete tourist! But be careful! The problem with this hotel is that it will make all the other hotels feel sad in comparison!

Pros: It is has been refurbished in the last 9 month, everything was new and modern. Closer to everything but and not too busy, so the location was fantastic. Host was responsive via WhatsApp and meets all our request. We will definitely stay here in our next visit.

Excellent room and perfect location

Pros: The location was excellent. Every major tourist attraction was near by. The room was clean and spacious and the jacuzzi was huge! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Cons: Everything was good, but if I really had to be picky I’d say I’d prefer if there was a steamer instead of a flatiron in the room.
