Pros: The location is perfect - the flat is located within walking distance from a metro station, nice restaurants, popular landmarks and lots of shops. The flat itself was very clean, and the instructions from the staff were very clear and concise. It was very easy to check in/out and collect our keys with no hustle. Staff were also able to accommodate our needs when we asked them for spare items such as pillows.

Cons: The room is in the basement (flat: Primula) which is clearly communicated during the booking proceess, however the windows cannot be fully opened for fresh air therefore it does tend to feel a bit \

Location and good service

Pros: The location was great just outside Piazza del Popolo, the communication to get codes for check in /breakfast etc was very good. There were very good little restaurant in the street below. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed which was nice.

Cons: The room was on the very last floor which made its charm, but it is quite steep carrying the bags.

Pros: It was a great stay. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Great location, close pretty much to everything, and if walking is not desired there is even a taxi stand within 300 meters distance. Very helpful (via WhatsApp, no staff in the location) staff. Easy \

Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like. Perhaps that the shower head sprayed water outside of the shower but this is really a minor thing.

a superb accommodation in the heart of Rome, even if it is very close to the crowded streets of the center, it is extrem

Pros: it is centrally located, very clean, good coffee :) (in our room, the coffee machine had a problem but we received very good coffee from the staff.

Cons: I can't say that there was anything we didn't like, but it should be taken into account that the apartments, or at least the one we stayed in, don't have a door between the rooms and if you travel as a couple, you don't really have privacy.
