Great host and great place to stay

Pros: Lovely host who was very helpful, the place was very clean and an excellent location

Cons: The photos are a bit misleading of the sauna and hot tub as they weren’t available to use for all guests, only those who pre booked it.

Pros: Perfect location and Domenico is amazing! The property is cozy and the sauna is a plus for sure.

Cons: Since it’s underground it’s a bit humid and dark, but we knew it when we booked it so for us it was not a huge problem.

Excellent - we should have stayed for longer.

Pros: Location was excellent - easy to get to sites of interest. The host was very friendly and gave us lots of useful information about Rome. He also responded promptly to questions that we had.

Cons: A bit noisy each night when bins of local restaurants were emptied.

Very good place

Pros: We loved our host Nico, he was very helpful. Also we loved opportunity to use sauna jaccuzzi. The appartment is on a very good location, centar, but in a quiet street.

Cons: We didn't like that You can hear from your room every time when someone flush the water in the building, and the appartment is one level below the ground with barley any windows.

Fantastic property, great location, would definately recommend.

Pros: Clean, great shower, good facilities, great location. Nico was so helpful, providing loads of local knowledge. We followed his resturant recommendation and had a fantastic meal. Hot tub and sauna, amazing. Would recommend this b&b to anyone.

A good site to start your travels

Pros: Spacious room. Good location. Shower area a little cramped. An excellent host who was very hospitable. Close to the metro train stations to access Colesium etc etc. Lots of cafes and shops nearby.

Cons: Probably having a universal adapter could be helpful as some of the points weren't working.

Amazing stay

Pros: Everything was perfect! Domenico was super nice since the first moment i texted him. He even got us an upgrade for the same price. The room was very nice and the hotel was in a very good location, you could walk to everything. He gave us really good recommendations of restaurants and places to go! Thank you very much. Ps: he let us used the spa for one day which was amazing!
