A perfect place to experience the best of Rome

Pros: The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the metro, yet in a quiet residential area. Spacious apartments with high 1970s-style ceilings and modern design — perfect for feeling the vibe of Rome. The flat has everything you need: household appliances, a hairdryer, dishes, and plenty of blankets. There’s also a balcony overlooking a cozy inner courtyard. The hosts are wonderful and will help you with anything you need. They arranged early check-in and late check-out for us to match our flight schedule. A supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away, and large Lidl and Conad stores are about 15 minutes away.

Pros: Our stay here was excellent. We were met at the apartment and warmly welcomed by the lovely hosts. They were very accommodating to our plans, which we very much appreciated. The apartment is very large and airy and in a lovely location. Safe area with some lovely restaurants and a large park nearby. We walked everywhere from the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our family stay. We would definitely recommend this place for family stays.

Super nice

Pros: The apartment is big and the view of the garden makes it very relaxing. The rooms are big, the kitchen is separate from the living room. The host were very nice and friendly.

Very nice accommodation with a charm

Pros: We were very warmly welcomed by Massimo and his friends, who came on an agreed time to give us the keys. The apartment has a charm, it is really nice, comfortable and spacious and it was also very clean. The accomodation is near the underground/metro station Politico (it takes only about 10-15 minutes to get in the city centre).

Pros: I had the opportunity to stay last week with 2 other friends for 1 night. The owner is very kind and friendly. I checked in at the rate but he did not charge me any extra. It was very good. For me, the room is big and very luxurious. It is worth to stay.. There is air conditioning. Easy access.

Pros: The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, even with out strange flight times - we could keep our luggage there for a while. The location is perfect - on the metro line, 2 stops from the Termini station but far enough from the crowds that you could relax in peace after a busy day. There is a big grocery store by the metro (5min on foot), lots of restaurants and cafes in the area and a big park with a playground.

We had a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend the property.

Pros: The property was really close to a metro station, which allowed an easy access to places needed for work, as well as to places for pleasure.

Cons: Noise early in the morning due to the constructions taking place nearby.
