Pros: Lovely apartment! Very charming and quiet part of town with a cute restaurant just across the street. Well connected to the city centre and other attractions with metro and bus lines . The apartment is clean and has everything you might need, and the bed is comfy which is the most important thing after a whole day exploring Rome. The host was friendly and helpful, even sent us some restaurant recommendations and was avaliable to answer any questions we had. My boyfriend and I are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back next time we're in Rome!

Pros: The apartment was very clean, in a pleasant part of the city near the metro station and has one of the most beautiful terraces I have ever seen.

Cons: During the shower in the bathroom, the water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold, it is not pleasant for showering.

Best location in Rome

Pros: The place was absolutely great. It was 3 of us and the space was good. The location of the apartment couldn't be better. It has a great restaurant just crossing the road and another fancy one around the block. It was quiet, clean and the terrace was the plus of the house. There are two metro stations near the apartment for line B: Policlinico and Bologna. There are also more restaurants and cafes around the area with prices and food not for tourists, authentic Italian experience. Manfredi welcomed us, gave us the keys and explained everything, he was sooo nice.

Cons: The bathroom gets a little bit dirty quickly, it doesn't have a proper ventilation system and it gets damp after using it. However, the water pressure was great and temperature as well. Just a minor issue, probably more on winter months.

Pros: L'alloggio si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare Roma, la fermata Metro Policlinico è a poca distanza e permette perciò facili spostamenti verso ogni destinazione in città.

Pros: Удобная квартира с неплохим ремонтом, замечательным балконом для посиделок и хорошим расположением.

Cons: Было не очень чисто - много пыли в квартире, стены в душе не самые чистые. Отсутствовало мыло для рук в ванной.

Pros: L' appartamento è estremamente funzionale, comodo, in un contesto residenziale silenzioso e molto fornito e con tutti i servizi funzionanti; strategica anche la posizione vicina al policlinico Umberto I e cmq alla stazione metro.

Cons: La pulizia all' ingresso sicuramente buona; tuttavia specificherei che il cambio asciugamani e la pulizia della camera non è giornaliero ma avviene solo all' ingresso. PS: i gestori sono stati molto gentili nel darmi la possibilità di utilizzare degli asciugamani in più dicendomi dove poterne trovare qualcuno. Ma sarebbe meglio specificare questa informazione nell' annuncio su booking.

Pros: Großartige Lage, schöne Terrasse, sehr gute Nähe zur Metro und der größte Friedhof Roms war fußläufig entfernt. Direkt gegenüber gab es zudem eine sehr gutes familiengeführtes Restaurant.
