Highly recommended

Pros: Excellent location for city sightseeing, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment had sufficient facilities for four people. The host was always available and very hospitable. Highly recommended.

Pros: We visited (4 people total) Rome in August and this apartment made the whole experience even better. Everything was perfect. First of all, it was really easy to find the place. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The balcony was lovely, overlooking Rome, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Nino was super kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. A big bonus for us was the neighborhood: we loved the location as it was quieter and less touristy, yet still very close to the metro station, which made all the famous attractions in Rome easy to reach. All in all, I would totally recommend this place for your stay in Rome :)

Pros: I was delighted with the accommodation. Everything nice and clean. New kitchen with capsule coffee machine. Fridge with free jams and butters for breakfast. Nice and clean bathroom. And the evening terrace with wine and some yummies - superb. I was also surprised, how quiet it was after dark - you can hear a pin drop. I will return and I will return to this apartment. Pros: the rest was at the highest level. very grateful to Mr. Nino, for such a wonderful room. which had everything you needed. big beds, a great kitchen and a big bathroom with warm water. All communications are nearby. buses, metro (2 stops, and you are near the Coliseum), I recommend these apartments for a good vacation. thank you

Jak dla mnie idealne miejsce w Rzymie. Za bardzo dobra cenę szybki dostęp do głównego dworca oraz metra.

Pros: Dużym plusem jest niedaleko główny dworzec Termini oraz stancja metra.

Soggiorno perfetto

Pros: Ho soggiornato presso l’Attico al Settimo Piano e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura è un appartamento moderno e funzionale, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa: cucina attrezzata, ambienti curati e pulizia impeccabile e un balcone che offre una vista meravigliosa su Roma. La posizione è ideale, vicinissima alla Stazione Metro Policlinico (2 fermate da Termini), ben collegata con la città, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla. L’atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante, perfetta sia per un soggiorno breve che per qualche giorno in più. Un ringraziamento speciale al Sig. Nino, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti: la sua cortesia ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un alloggio pratico e confortevole a Roma.
