Pros: This apartment was a real pleasure! It was impeccably clean and created a very pleasant atmosphere. The parking possibilities were excellent, which was a big plus for me. Furthermore, the proximity to the metro, only a 10-minute walk away, makes it extremely convenient for getting around the city. Definitely, on my next visit, I will return to this apartment again!

Pros: Tiszta és tágas, kényelmes apartman. A tulajdonos kedves, segítőkész volt. Berendezés ahogy a képeken látható. Valós! Kék metróhoz közel.
Cons: Konyha felszerelt, de egy mikró, kapszulás kávéfőző ill . tea főző azért jó lett volna. Háló matrac kényelmes volt. Nappali kanapé kényelmes de puha. Sajnos fűtés nem volt a lakásban, klíma készülék elég régi a nappaliban, hálóban is volt vmi fűtő készülék de nem igazán melegített. 2 db hősugárzót kaptunk. Végül is befűtötte. De ha sok minden használta az áramot akkor a biztosítékot levágta. Többször is előfordult a pincébe kellett vissza kapcsolni a biztosítékot.

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, in un edificio storico ma completamente ristruttarato. Spazi ampi, curati e funzionali al tempo stesso. Tutto perfetto.

Pros: Casa molto accogliente, spaziosa ed in una zona piuttosto comoda, l'host sempre molto gentile e disponibile, attenta ai bisogni degli ospiti.

A comfortable modern appartment in the Ethernal City
Pros: The property is a modern, new, fully equiped and crisp clean appartment. There were complimentary coffee and tea supplies and bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. Bed was comoftable. Location was excellent, near Metro and bus station. Safe neighbourhood and safe building with locked entrance. A restaurant with delicious Roman meals a couple of houses down the street. 5 min walk to the University Sapienza and supermarket.
Cons: It was a bit noisy but we learnt that Rome is a noisy city. With closed windows we had a comfortable sleep.

Ein wunderschönes, verkehrstechnisch, gut gelegenes Apartment!
Pros: Das Appartement liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig: U-Bahn ca. 400m entfernt und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Bus waren wir in ca. 20-25 Min. an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Cons: Bei unserer Ankunft Ende April war die Klimaanlage noch nicht aktiv, sie wurde erst zum 1. Mai eingeschaltet. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war schwierig, da die Fußgänger-Ampel an der Kreuzung vor dem Haus das grüne Licht immer mit sehr lautem Piepen signalisierte (Wecker ähnlich), d.h. alle 1-2 Minuten für ca. 30-45 Sekunden.

Pros: Apartament curat, proaspăt renovat, foarte aproape de metrou cu acces rapid la obiectivele turistice.
Cons: Lipsa aerului condiționat. Deși acesta există în apartament nu este functionabil, nu scoate aer rece ci doar ventilează.

Pros: Posizione comodissima a due passi dalla metro B. Zona tranquilla. Appartamento bello e in ottime condizioni. Host reperibile e disponibilissima alle esigenze di check-in e check-out.

Pros: è presente un set per la colazione (caffettiera, bustine da te, caffè etc) quindi da questo punto di vista è impeccabile. Inoltre, non si sente nemmeno il freddo invernale tipico di Roma. Inoltre la ragazza è disponibile e ti aspetta direttamente fuori dal portone, è accogliente-disponibile e cordiale.
Cons: il fono ha una presa tedesca e l'unica presa disponibile è nella stanza da letto, quindi ho rinunciato ad asciugarmi i capelli perchè era troppo in alto. Conviene una presa tedesca in modo che sia facile da utilizzare il fono in bagno o in corridoio.
