Great choice when in Rome, we enjoyed it & definately reccomend it!

Pros: Location is very good, close to majority of touristic objectives, 2 stations away from Termini, 5 minutes walking from subway station, residential area peaceful and clean, nice italian restaurants nearby, supermarket 3 minutes away. The apartment is equiped with everything you need. (kitchen can be easily used for cooking, fridge, dishes & clothes washing machines available). Modern, nice design of the apartment, welcoming hosts always avaiable everytime we had questions (even if we didn't interacted in person, but via messages). Self check in/ self check out was a great plus for our group.

Cons: You can hear / feel the subway passing underneath, it's strange in the beggining but not very noisy, we got used starting 2nd day. Apartment located ground floor, entrance directly from the street was a bit surprinsing for us, yet not disturbing. There are selective garbagge bins located close to the entrance, we had a very noisy late evening and early morning on Monday, when garbagge collection took place.

Pros: Everything was as in the description of the facility. Nothing was missing. Warm and clean rooms. There was a set of dishes and cutlery for six people. Very close to the metro. The district is quiet and peaceful. I recommend!!!

Pros: The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and the apartment is easy to access. It can be considered as being on the first floor. The space is well-zoned, and it has everything you need, including laundry detergent, spices, coffee, a hairdryer, an iron, etc. The check-in process is simple, with no need to wait for the host.

Cons: You can hear the metro from the apartment, and the air conditioners in the rooms are quite noisy.

A comfortable apartment with nice management

Pros: The property is located in a resident area, close to Metra that is convenient to go to most tourist spots. There are a few supermarket nearby and walking distance to many nice restaurants. Inside the apartment there are cookware, dishes, cleaning items, and plenty supplies.

Cons: None. Everything is same as described.

Breve soggiorno Romano in famiglia

Pros: La posizione tranquilla è un plus per una città come Roma. Si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata dell’autobus e della metro (in 3 fermate si arriva a Termini). Le due suite hanno bagno in camera e sono perfette per mantenere la privacy quando si viaggia.

Cons: Tavolo, sedie e divano non sono comodi per cui si deve considerare che viaggiando in famiglia non si hanno molti spazi di aggregazione nell’appartamento.

Un soggiorno comodo e tranquillo

Pros: Struttura confortevole comoda e igienicamente curata bene

Pros: מיקום פשוט מעולה - על תחנת מטרו ולא במרכז העיר הרועש שמצריך כל הזמן הליכה מרובה כדי להגיע ממקום למקום. דירה מאובזרת, מודרנית. המיזוג פעל מצויין. בידוד רעש נהדר. לא היה חסר דבר.

Pros: Apparemment tres propre, bien équipé climatisé, emplacement tres bien station métro policlinico est a côté et super marché pas du tout loin, des restaurants et épiceries autour du logement. Personnel tres réactif.

Cons: Éviter d'installer les serpillières et balais dans la chambre à coucher, les mettre par exemple dans le hall dans une colonne est mieux. Aussi Avoir deux lits séparés dans l une des deux chambres serait bien surtout quand nous avons des enfants adolescents.

Pros: Alloggio bellissimo,pulito e spazioso,situato in una zona tranquilla e comoda ai mezzi pubblici

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Pros: Una struttura veramente ben tenuta e curata, con interni nuovi e arredati con gusto. L'host è stato molto disponibile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo e ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura a tutti
