Policlinico Apartment

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the furnishings and the equipments were new. The location of the apartment is very good, as stated in the description. The host was very polite and helpful regarding the difficulties in paying the deposit, and finally let us into the apartment without receiving the deposit before our arrival. I'm really thankful for that!

Cons: The deposit is not really a guest-friendly one, as it assumes that the guest will cause damage and the amount is terribly high. Since I only had a debit card (not credit), the host asked 1000 Euros. The \

Pros: 근처에 지하철이 500미터 근방이라 좋았어요 시설은 좋았어요 실내용 슬리퍼는 가지고 와야 합니다. 숙소가 반지하라 습하고 지나다니는 사람 소리가 다 들립니다. 첨부터 반지하 라고 명시 했으면 고민좀 했을껍니다. 와이파이도 방마다 신호가 약합니다. 샤워시설 따뜻한물 지속적으로 안나와요 찬물로 샤워했습니다. 첫 샤워는 관찮은데 두번째부터 시간 텀을 많이 두어야 합니다. 그래도 시설은 좋아 만족 했어요

Cons: 전기 시설이 약한지 에어컨 가동시 전원이 꺼져서 메인 퓨즈 전원 찾을려고 고생했어요 반지하라 습합니다. 외부 행인들 발소리 대화 다 들립니다. 와이파이 약해요

Pros: Gostei muito do espaço e a localização. O bairro é ótimo.

Cons: Achei ruim para descer 1 andar de escada com as malas grande e 2 senhoras, sem acesso a elevador.

Pros: Ottimo appartamento ben curato e arredato magnificamente. Posizione ottima. Letti non tanto comodi. Proprietario disponibile e super gentile.

Pros: la posizione è strategica data la vicinanza sia della metropolitana che di luoghi meravigliosi da visitare come il Cimitero del Verano, super consigliato; il proprietario molto disponibile e accogliente e appartamento super confortevole

Pros: La ubicación, a 8 minutos de la boquilla del metro, a dos paradas de Roma Terminó y con conexión a las líneas del tren que te permiten conocer Roma, muy fácil de usar. Es un apartamento muy cómodo y agradable, e inteligente pues casi todo es electrónico desde la llave para entra, la cocina, la lavadora y el aire. Había de todo para cocinar. Muy acogedor.

Cons: Que si viajas sin Internet tendrás probkemas pues el cerrajero de la puerta se maneja con Internet, para abrir y cerrar las puertas del edificio y del apartamento. Sería bueno dar instrucciones de como operar la secadora (solo secar), como usar la calefacción (ponerla) y si hay cable TV o no y como configurar), sería bueno un limpion para secar utensilios de cocina si no se desea usar la máquina de vajillas. Todo está bien, es solo para mejorar la estancia. El apartamento es bello, con todo lo que se necesita, sin dudar lo recomendaría. El dueño fue muy amable en darnos asistencia con todo lo que ocupamos. Se cobra un deposito por si sucede algo, el Check in es riguroso y se hace todo online. . Gracias

Pros: Das Appartement liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, was für uns perfekt war. (Man ist in 15-20 min im Zentrum) Die Zimmer sind sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und in Bad/Küche ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man braucht.

Pros: Appartamento grande e ben accessoriato. Vicino alla metropolitana
