Pros: Great location in a great neighborhood with everything you need within walking distance. Excellent gelato Three pizzerias nearby, one of which is wood-fired and considered one of the best in the city (not according to tourist ratings - high reccomend VOI ). Grocery store 40m from the accommodation with everything you need. Convenient to Tiburtino station, a 15-minute walk away, with a Lidl supermarket along the way. 30-minute walk from Piazza di Spagna to this apartment. I believe this is a great location to stay in, which will give you more emotions and delight than staying in 90% of Rome's hotels.
Cons: 1.There is no decent knife. 2. There are no keys to the main entrance - if the phone is dead or there is no internet, you cannot get into the building. 3. There is a rare and unpopular coffee machine, and capsules for it can only be bought online. Bialetti Smart CF65 4. I found a broken plate and wrote about it to our host Rosaria, but I have not received an answer yet (still waiting). 5. This is Italy... please buy some beautiful wine glasses and separate ones for sparkling wine. Not these terrible ones from Ikea.

Pros: O apartamento está numa boa localização, a 8 minutos do metro, e mesmo à porta tem uma paragem de autocarro, com vários destinos, nomeadamente Termini. existem várias pastelarias, restaurantes e supermercados perto, entre outros serviços. A limpeza estava muito bem feita, fomos muito bem recebidos, duas toalhas para cada e ainda sabonete e shampoo. O aquecimento funciona muito bem, enquanto estivemos no apartamento estivemos sempre confortáveis. Os anfitriões também foram muito prestáveis e esclareceram qualquer dúvida. Gostamos muito da estadia neste apartamento e recomendamos muito.

Pros: Super Lage in Rom. Man ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten an der Station Termini und innerhalb von 10 Minuten an der Metrostation Policlinoco. Das Appartement ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hat einen tollen kleinen Balkon. Auch die sonstigen Utensilien für einen Aufenthalt (Besteck, Töpfe, Waschzeug, etc.) waren vorhanden und in gutem Zustand.
Cons: Die Bettdecken waren für die Jahreszeit etwas dünn.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage im Uni-Viertel sehr angenehm.
Cons: Man hat keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Alles verläuft digital. An sich für mich kein Problem. Leider nervt der Online - Check -in weiter auch wenn man nach der ersten Mail alles erledigt hat. Eine wahre Emailflut. Funktioniert hat es aber letztlich.

Cozy apartment
Pros: We like the cozy apartment. it is enough for family of 3. Bathroom facilities have towels, shampoo, soap and tissue. Washing machine works well easy to use instructions seen on the wall above the WM. Kitchen complete with espresso machine and cups, plates, utensils, glass and cooking/oven needs. Bedroom is big with 2 beds. The little veranda has a nice view. Apartment is close to many take aways and restaurants and supermarket. 20 min walk to Roma Termini. There is a coffee shop few steps away from the apartment who sells bus tickets. Bus stop just in front of the apartment building. Just be preprared of the small elevator but surprisingly the elevator is not busy at all. We get to 10th floor and down to ground easily without waiting.

Pros: Las vistas genial, limpieza muy bien y reforma recién hecha, como nuevo. Bien comunicado, con metro cerca y varias lineas de bus a menos de 10min andando, una de ellas casi en la puerta.
Cons: Al ser el último piso, hacia un poco de calor, pero con el aire acondicionado, bien.
