Great apartment, great location, great city.

Pros: The location is amazing. A lovely old building on the edge of Trastevere in an area popular with locals with some great restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The owners are very helpful and good communicators. A great size apartment with plenty of space. We were three couples and were all happy with it. Most of the main sights are within easy walking distance. Bar Da Nina opposite is fantastic, top service and great food and drink.

Cons: The extractor in the main bathroom was not very efficient so the condensation was quite bad. Some net curtains at the windows would provide some privacy when the shutters are open. There are a lot of stairs, 60, up to the apartment so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Pros: Location is convenient. Francesca is very accommodating and you practically have the place on your own. I highly recommend. Rooms are spacious. Taking the stairs didn't bother me.
