Pros: It is a cosy and comfortable flat, and it feels really homy. Good beds. Clean. Check in, check out are very easy. Susanna was really helpful, with good communication. The location is perfect, in the real and beautiful Trastevere. Only 20 minutes walking to the main city attractions, where you can go by tram too. I would definitely come back to her place when I come back to Rome. From the airport Fiumicino, you take the regional train to Trastevere Station. Then you take the Tram number 8 to Belli. Thanks Sussana.

Charming gem in Trastevere
Pros: Beautiful gem in Trastevere. This is an amazing pied-a-terre for any visit to Rome, but particularly if you are staying a few days or more. The location is perfect, an easy stroll to the many restaurants of Trastevere and not far from most of the sights of the city. The apartment itself has everything a visitor needs while also being full of charm. The host was so helpful before and during our stay and checked in to see how everything was. I will definitely look to stay here again for our next visit to Rome.
Cons: This didn't bother us (we are sound sleepers), but it is a noisy neighborhood in the evenings and the sound comes in. Apartment is very private but you can hear the street noise clearly if that's a problem for you.

Great little gem right in Trastevere
Pros: Where do I start? Location? Right in Trastevere so that means access to exceptional food. Facilities? Everything is provided, including a washing machine which is a godsend. The host? Fantastic. Susanna was always available to help out so that made the stay much more pleasant. Overall, 10/10.

Pros: Good location in a not-too busy part of Trastevere, and within walking distance of the major sights. Spacious for two I imagine, though tighter for three, with some comfy armchairs, and a good bed. Our child particularly liked the little bed in the loft to chill out in a sort of private space. The kitchen met all the basic needs, though we did not cook much -there are a few nice, inexpensive restaurants within a 5-min walk. It wasn't a cheap stay, but it was good value considering the current prices in Rome.
Cons: Needed some deeper cleaning. The floor in the little loft had not been wiped in ages, it seems, there was a lot of dirt coming out from under the single bed there. The shower did not always drain properly, and the brighter lamp in the living room flickered constantly. There was plenty of noise coming from the restaurant downstairs -some tables were right under the bedroom window, but also much of the street noise came through the stairs (there's an open window there) and thus the main door to the apartement. They party until late in Trastevere, so I was kind of expecting that, not being my first time staying in the area. At least they did not have music.

Precious apartment in charming area (but noisy - good for night owls)
Pros: We loved this apartment! It’s spacious, pretty, and located in the most charming area of the neighborhood. The host is also lovely - communicative and friendly.
Cons: The noise from the bars below (until 2 in the morning). It’d be perfect if the bedroom was switched with the living room where the noise doesn’t reach.
