All in all it was an enjoyable stay

Pros: Very good location, close to the Colosseum and many restos shops and bars nearby. Nice and cozy appartment.

Cons: There were many ants in one of the bathrooms I don’t know where they were coming from. There was no elevator and the apart is at 4th floor so for the older persons pretty difficult to climb the stairs especially several times per day. We were asked to take the rubbish ourselves at a collecting station nearby…i didn’t mind just didn’t understand why.

Pros: Nice and spacious apartment with amazing rooftop terrace, one of the best I've ever seen. It is very large and well equipped with tables, chairs and a lot of greenery. The apartment is in heart of the city, in quiet street with several restaurants nearby. Colosseum is 7-8 minutes, Forum is 10 minutes, Cavour metro station is 2 minutes while Termini train station is less than 15 minutes walk. There are a couple of small shops nearby. The check in was smooth, apartment was clean, kitchen well equipped. Excellent option for big group, highly recommended!

Cons: The apartment is on the top floor of the building without elevator, which means you have to climb a lot of stairs. It was not a problem for us and we were aware of that before we choose to stay this amazing apartment.

I enjoyed my stay there the cons are only minor things but overall the accommodation had enough room for 5-6 people. Eve

Pros: Location was very good. Close to most of the hot tourist spots. The communication with the hosts were always prompt and the team were very helpful. The air conditioning was great.

Cons: No lift. Some lights didn’t work. Different keys for all the doors.

Pros: the beds were very nice, the terrace is spectacular the art on the wall was beautiful and the neighborhood was so perfect.

Cons: a lot of step but worth it and the one door was difficult in the bathroom.

Einfach nur wunderbar

Pros: Es war ein Top Appartment in einer tollen und zentralen Lage mit einer riesigen und der wohl schönsten Dachterrasse in Rom. Wir waren 7 Personen (4 Erwachsene + 3 Jugendliche) und hatten ausreichend Platz in den 3 Schlafräumen und 2 Badezimmern. Die Küche top ausgestattet und auch sonst alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Handtücher, Bettzeug, sogar Duschgel und Seifen..) Extrem sympathische und nette Abwicklung beim Einchecken, alles bestens funktioniert!! Diese Unterkunft hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem und unvergesslich gemacht! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Cons: Es gibt definitiv NICHTS, das uns nicht gefallen hat
