I would immediately go back and again book this apartement!
Pros: Cleanliness, location! Small but a little tresury in Rome centre, close to everything. Roberta in a very short time gave answers to my questions. Everything you can find whatever you need or could be needed, only your clothes you need to bring with you!
Cons: There no disliked items.

Great proximity for transport,colleseum, Trevi fountain, great restaurants, nightlife.

Good place for travellers
Pros: The property was in a great location, all amenities in walking distance and great for the main attractions. Comfortable bed, nice outdoor area and kitchenette with crockery provided. Air conditioning and tv in bedroom and living room was good.
Cons: The pictures are quite dated, the bathroom was quite run down with mould around the sink but didn’t affect our stay. The bed was comfortable but we found the bedding to be a little damp, clean but not sure they had been dried for long enough. Lastly when we arrived there was one toilet roll, for 3 people for 3 days. When asked about more toilet roll, we were told we had to purchase our own, which I have never come across before.

Really nice apartment equipped with everything you need in a great location
Pros: Really nice apartment equipped with everything you need in a great location, no issue with check-in.A bit moist, as the room was on the ground floor, but it didn’t bother us, even when it rained. There was a nice surprise waiting for us in the fridge – water and cola, and there were enough coffee capsules for the entire stay. Available washing machine

The perfect location, but best for shorter people.
Pros: Phillippo our host met us at the property and informed us that due to the water heater needing repair, we would be staying at another apartment just a few minutes from this one. The apartment we stayed was very close to the Roman Forum and in an amazing locatin. It could not have been better. Phillippo was also very generous with his time and gave us lots of pointers for good restaurants (and the ones to avoid). He showed us how everything worked in the apartment and from there, it was a very easy experience.
Cons: The bed was too small for me. I'm 177cm and my feet were hanging over the end of of the bed. I can't imagine what it would have been like for anyone over 185cm. It was also on the second floor without a lift, which we had specifically requested, but thus was beyond their control to a certain degree, due to the need to fix the other apartment.

Pros: The area is safe and easily accessible to metro and all the restaurants. Ideal for a couple. Old building and street, for a good roman experience.
Cons: The ground floor close to the lift was a bit noisy.

Perfect location
Pros: This is by far the best location to stay in Rome! Close to everything - amazing eats right out the door! So cute! The perfect stay for a couple!!!! Couldn’t recommend more!

The stay and the studio met with our expectations, convenient location at Metro and the hosts made an early check-in pos

Pros: The location was great. Walk to end of street and could see an icon of Rome - The Colosseum. Local restaurant was fantastic. Remembered us from one visit and talked as you went past daily. Close to most sightseeing attractions. Hosts responded quickly and were helpful.

Pros: The apartment was great and comfortable, perfect location near the metro, bars, restaurants. The host was very nice We couldn't really sit in the balcony since there was a bad heavy smell of humidity.. the same smell came to the bathroom as well, and it was disturbing at some point.. but if there was no smell it was the best place
Cons: The humidity smell in the balcony and in the shower was disturbing. In addition, specifically the shower was not clean when we came, and it also was not helping with the bad smell
