Perfect location and great stay

Pros: Very nice location, clean apartment, smooth communication, air conditioning

Overall a pleasant stay. The main disadvantage was the lack of a coffee machine.

Pros: The location was brilliant as it was very close to the coliseum and forum romanum. However, there were people partying on the street beneath my window 2 out of 3 nights of my stay. The apartment lacked a coffee machine which is very unusual in Italy. The building has an old elevator which tends to break and is very slow. I would say the flat looks better on the booking photos when compared to reality. Overall it is a nice apartment but I expected more given the price per night.

Cons: There should be a coffee machine in the kitchen. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. The elevator is slow and old. When you use more than one kitchen appliance at the same time (eg. an oven and a kettle) this is likely to blow the fuses as was the case during my stay. We then had to go all the way down to find the fuses in the outside corridor. The locker in the en suite bathroom is old and does not work properly every time so we got stuck on two occasions.

I would stay here again bcos it’s convenient and comfortable

Pros: The host is very responsive and the apartment is very comfortable. Hot water shower was good and location is walking distances to many places

Cons: The sink in the master bedroom toilet doesn’t drain very well. Supplies are low too but you can get it in the mini market nearby

Pros: Perfect location and stay for a family of five. It is so close to all of the major landmarks and amenities. With a tiny bit of extra maintenance, this apartment has the potential to be exceptional - it's just some of the furniture that needs updating, such as the sofa lounge and curtains. The beds in the bedrooms were really comfortable, it was only the sofa lounge which was a little lumpy and hard. The layout and size of apartment was terrific. The washing machine, two bathrooms and kitchen were very convenient and much appreciated for a family of five. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating, letting us check in early. The host met us at door to explain everything and hand over keys. We loved our stay at Clementina and would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend this apartment, as it is great value for money.

Cons: Nothing major. If I was to be picky, just the old sofa bed needs updating as people are expected to use it for sleeping on. Also, the curtains could be replaced to better keep the light out in the mornings. These things would not stop me from staying here again next time. We loved staying at this spacious and perfectly located apartment, and would highly recommend.

Good value for the money. A bit far from the main attractions but close to shops and restaurants.

Cons: A bit far from the main attractions of Rome. The balcony overlooks a court yard but not very pleasant view.

Short, excellent, comfortable and brilliantly located.

Pros: Everything. Location was perfect and the apartment comfortable and peaceful.

Cons: We needed to store baggage after the 10am check out. It this was not possible. We just needed them held for a few hours. It is the first time I have not been able to do this with the host and property which was a pity. Everything else was really great.

Pros: la excelente ubicación. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. El anfitrión muy amable.

Cons: las tapaderas del váter se movia, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba un poco rota y la cama era incómoda, dura.
