Safe haven in the eternal city

Pros: Gloria was a gracious host, giving plentiful information. The room was clean and accommodating. The location was good: close to Lepanto metro station, near Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican. Close by the center, but not too crowded.

Cons: The toilet was not in the room and the shower is a bit small, but these were only minor inconveniences.

Pros: The host Gloria was so helpful with giving us directions, recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to go to and the buses that would take us back to the B&B. She was also really good at communicating with us before our stay and giving us a link to book the bus shuttle from the airport to the B&B with. The rooms were cleaned every day and Gloria even offered to do our laundry one day and provided us with cutlery when we brought food back to the B&B. There is also a small fridge, which we mainly used to keep water cool. As well as this, the location is so good; you're a 2 to 5 minute walk from the multiple bus stops and easily walking distance to the Vatican as well as the Pantheon, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona etc.

Cons: Just be aware that breakfast isn't actually provided despite it being called a B&B, although we were aware of this before as it is mentioned on booking.com. Also, there are places on the same street as the B&B to have breakfast, like Caffe Prati, so it wasn't a big issue at all.

B&B Ondina made our visit in Rom even better.

Pros: Gloria was an outstanding host. Her B&B made our visit in Rom even better. Clean rooms and bathroom, helpful host, amazing location with a beautiful view.

Nice place to stay in Rome

Pros: The staff (Gloria) is a nice person. She has been very kind since the beginning of our stay. She also gave us a lot of tips about Rome. The place is very close to the best attractions in Rome and the Vatican, you can go on foot.

Beautiful location and stay

Pros: Amazing quiet location, still close to everything. Was a walk distance from many landmarks in Rome, but far enough away to not be too busy. Very close to the Vatican! Tons of good restaurants, cafes and shopping still close by. Rooms were nice and clean and were cleaned throughout the stay. Cute decor and finishings. The building itself is very nice as well and easy to navigate. Gloria was very helpful and attentive! She helped us with the shuttle, storing our bags and provided info about what to do in Rome. There is a very easy shuttle to take to the airport from this location.

Cons: We had some issues with the wifi and it only ended up working in the common room, not in the bedroom. We also unfortunately were not given any breakfast during our stay. There was tea and instant coffee, but that was all.

Pros: The host was very nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean.

Cons: WiFi was kind of slow and there was only a fan, no air conditioning

Pros: We loved B&B Ondina, Gloria was a fabulous host, who had a fantastic knowledge of the area. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Location was great, close and within walking distance to all the sights.

Cons: Everything was perfect. No faults.

Pros: It's very well cleaned and the host is very friendly. It's close to Vaticann and located in a residential area. Toilet and shower is well cleaned and comfy.

Cons: Bit noisy outside at night, lots of truck going past don't know why. Just average city noise.

Pros: The location is in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance to everywhere to visit. Gloria was very helpful with everything, thank you very much.

Cons: Wi-fi was not working in the room, other than that there was no negative side.
