Pros: Excellent location! The room was spotless, bright, and cozy, set in a lovely building. Fantastic service, fresh breakfast and great coffee delivered daily. Seamless check-in with a virtual key. Lovely staff!

Cons: Street noise could be heard a bit, but we slept well anyway.

Pros: This was my third stay at the hotel, and I’ve enjoyed it every time. The location is excellent - it’s a charming neighbourhood that isn’t overcrowded with tourists, yet still within an easy walk of all the main attractions. The staff, particularly Michele and Federica, were wonderful and very attentive. The rooms are spotless, well-decorated, and comfortable. The continental breakfast is a nice way to start the day. I also really like the self check-in option – very handy and hassle-free.

Prati is a pleasant place

Pros: Breakfast was delivered to my room Tea and a croissant. The staff were just lovely. Friendly, helpfull and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom was equally so. The area didn't seem very touristy. Wide streets, beautiful architecture, interesting shops. An easy 20 walk to Piazza Navona and a metro 5 minutes. Good places to eat!

Cons: As I am an older person I would have liked a more personal welcome to the room. Technology can be challenging for some of us.

Pros: Our host was very good; the breakfast was very nice, overall we had a very nice experience at this B&B. I would suggest this place to anybody. You are a 8 min walk away from the Vatican. There are many very nice restaurants within 5min walking.

Cons: The shower cabin is a bit small for someone 6'4\
