Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and make sure everything was perfect. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Pros: Excellent location — just a short walk to the metro and very close to the Vatican. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and super responsive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose this property again on our next visit to Roma!

Pros: Daniele is super kind owner. When I arrived very early because of night train, he let us took a shower before check-in and took our luggage. I was really appreciated it. And his breakfast with perfect croissants was awesome, too. I love this place and all the crews were very kind enough.

Cons: When i took a shower, the water overflowed outside of the bathroom..

Pros: Very welcoming host, personalized fresh breakfast! Quite location, close to several restaurants and easy to walk to Rome center. Close to shuttle bus to FOC airport.

Cons: Missed to have a separated local to eat breakfast instead of eating in the room.
