Staff communication is good!

Pros: The apartment manager, Stefano, was a great person, and the other staff member, Rocco, who welcomed us, was also very nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. Everything needed in the room was available. There were two rooms. Each room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was close by. The kitchen, washing machine, and large bathroom – everything was excellent. It was worth every penny we spent. I even forgot my phone in the apartment after closing the door and leaving. He helped me by reopening the door so I could get my phone. The place was ideal, located on a quiet street near restaurants and markets. It was very close to the Colosseum and Termini.

Back again in our favourite spot in Rome - Monti, always perfect, and newly improved

Pros: This was the second time staying here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The apartment is spotless and cozy, very well maintained, with all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. Since the first stay, there were some upgrades, in particular the bathroom was renovated with a spacious new walk-in shower. The location remains ideal (in particular this side of Monti), and check-in was once again smooth and welcoming. Thank you!

Conveniently located in prime location of Rome

Pros: Location is definitely a plus plus, near to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, and 15min walking distance to Colosseum, with plenty of eateries surrounding it, super convenient The apartment itself is well equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine and dishwasher, good for a lazy day to stay in, nice ice cream store - Terra opposite the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and next to a supermarket. Nice heat proof in the apartment despite of a hot day.

Cons: It is in the busy alley with bars and pubs and eateries so it is quite noisy throughout the night, due to older building structure, the knocking and moving of furniture (somehow quite often during our stay) can be heard whenever we are in the apartment. Bathroom is a bit narrow but ok.

From northern Ireland to rome Highly recommend

Pros: walking distance to the coliseum 10 min walk from train station fantastic spot. Hot water wasn't working 1st day but that was sorted promptly by lunchtime we had it bk up and running, staff were so helpful always in contact about our stay we were a family of 5 4 adults and a baby, baby had cot it was spacious beds comfortable couldn't of ask for a better place to stay

Pros: 15min walk to the Colosseum, close to public transport. Apartment clean and tidy, all the most necessary things in the kitchen provided. The owner was in constant contact with us and was very helpful
