Pros: Lovely little apartment in a great location. The terrace was a perfect spot for breakfast and evening drinks!

Fantastic location

Pros: We had a little difficulty finding it but helpful people at The Druid’s Den pointed us in the right direction (great little pub)! Don’t be put off by the old fashioned staircase area because the apartment itself is gorgeous. It was very spacious with separate bathroom, kitchen and wardrobe area. Plenty of space for storing things. The kitchen was very well equipped and although we didn’t really cook we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we were quite warm enough even in January. There is a great little restaurant across the road - La Forchetta d’Oro. Totally recommend and would go back.

Cons: Nothing but be aware that you do have to go up two flights of stairs.

Excellent location and great communication

Pros: Excellently located, very clean and tidy. Great host communication who shared recommendations! He also prepared some birthday treats as I told him the trip was for my partners 30th! It was very kind.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the host was lovely and always available. The apartment was very comfortable and close to everything. I will be certainly be returning.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great location, with easy access to major attractions as well as nice local cafe/bars and restaurants, extra facilities (including a washing machine and an outdoor area for a quiet drink or coffee as well as kitchen and coffee machine), and facing inwards so quiet.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location!

Pros: Location, the space, cleanliness, the apartment was of a very good standard and very well maintained in a lively historic building. WiFi was also fast and efficient. Very good communication with the owner as well. Good definitely book again!

Cons: Very very small thing- the only thing I’d upgrade is the TV to be a smart one or at least one you can screencast to as we didn’t want to go out every night.

A comfortable and ideally located apartment

Pros: Apartment had all the facilities required to make my stay in Rome comfortable while also being located in easy reach of the sites I wished to visit

Pros: Excellent location, so close to Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and within walking distance to Rome's main tourist attractions and so many great restaurants. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and inviting. Our host Michele was so helpful and welcoming, providing us with so many great recommendations. Could not fault our stay, 10/10!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Lovely, well located and secure apartment in a nice quiet neighbourhood, out of the busy tourist area, but within easy walking distance of attractions and the main train terminal. Lots of small bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was very spacious and clean with simple kitchen facilities, its own rooftop garden/sitting area, as well as balcony overlooking the street. Good wifi and with aircon. Our host was very helpful and friendly, we had a great stay here

Cons: Some noise from the neighbouring apartment as the people returned late
