Great location and comfortable

Pros: I especially liked the location. The apartment and its facilities were good and clean. Alessandro was really kind letting us leave our luggage before the check-in. It's close to a very good restaurant.

Cons: To enter or leave, we had to use a key on three doors, which is not practical.

Overall a nice stay—great location, but a bit damp

Pros: Great location—close to the Colosseum and major attractions. The apartment was very clean, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags before check-in.

Cons: Unfortunately, the flat felt quite damp, which was a downside during the stay.

Perfect for 3

Pros: Well located, clean, good for 3 people. Small kitchen and a very modern bathroom. Not sure about the standard of other rooms as I was actually at a small apartment

Cons: No window to outside, only to internal part of the building. Not an issue to ve honest

Lovely few days in Rome

Pros: Great location in Rome, close to the Colosseum and 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment was easy to find/access & had everything we needed. Owner was contactable & helpful if we needed anything. Thank you!

Really good place... with caveats.

Pros: Perfect location - we couldn't have asked for a better place. A few mins walk to the Colosseum on the one hand or to Termini railway station if going in the opposite direction. A few vey local restaurants nearby, incl. an excellent pizzeria in the same street. Very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Wardrobe with hangers - although we would have liked a couple more shelves. The host assisted us remotely with access to the building, as we arrived late in the evening. Air conditioning in the room (although we had to buy new batteries fr the remote control) working very well - thanks to this we managed to dry our towels and everything (see caveat in negatives, below).

Cons: No conditions to dry anything in the bathroom, radiators not working (though the host told us they activate at a certain temperature - they were cold the entire night, even with windows open) as a consequence the towels did not dry from day one. Also, the place was advertised as having a washing machine - we were told \

Pros: The house is in a perfect location, incredibly clean and everything was very well thought out. Most importantly, the owner Michelle is a wonderful person, you can find better houses but you cannot find a host like her. If I come to Rome again, I will definitely not stay in another house.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like.

Pros: Great service from the owner and they kept us informed. Very neat and tidy and well kept . Great location walking distance to Termini and Colosseum.

Cons: - Two separate doors open into the apartment from two separate corridors, but I was only given the key for one door. Made me feel uneasy to not have complete access to the apartment while someone else does - People yelling in the inaccessible corridor in the middle of the night, every night during my stay
