Great location & great space for visiting Rome (93steps to access flat)

Pros: We loved the property and Emanuel who was active on what’s app before the stay and met us with the keys - he even had a list of close by places - such supermarkets and other local knowledge that was useful - the flat is about 10 minutes walk from the colosseum and Ancient Rome and about 30 mins from the pantheon / Spanish steps - just remember you will need to be able bodied for this flat - it has no lift/elevator and 93 (ninety three) steps, set in flights of 9 steps - there are bars and restaurants in the street below and close to a tube station from the airport. Also the air conditioning worked very well - we came in march so needed heat and the flat warmed up very quickly - there are two units in the property and work at 100%, bed is really comfortable

Cons: Nothing for us - just want to help other people who book that the property has a lot of steps - just like all of Rome does - but you don’t get a view with out a climb - it’s an old building so there literally is no elevator / lift - thank you Emmanuel for a lovely stay

Pros: Perfect location for sightseeing,clean and comfortable,all the mod cons e.g. wifi,television, and Emanuele the host is an absolute gentleman

Lovely apartment, nice area. Everything you need near by and close to Colosseum.

Pros: A lot of space in the apartment. Balcony and roof terrace were a good size too. It felt an extemely safe and secure building. Area was excellent for the Colosseum and Forum area. The street it is on had a few bars and restuarants. The small Bar 'licenza 93' across the road was excellent and the pizzeria next door was one of the best we tried in Rome. The person met us with keys on arrival and showed us the apartment. He kept in touch with us during our stay to check everything was okay. There is a large supermarket 7 minutes walk away and it is only a 15 minute walk to the main train station. I would have no problem staying here again, when I return to Rome.

Cons: Just a small suggestion for curtains or blinds on the main room doors to the balcony would be good. The only thing that people may find difficult is the 90 steps from the ground to the apartment. We are in the fortunate position of being fit and able to climb this no problem, but this should be a consideration if you are not.

Absolutely fabulous place, terrace with the best view, the most attentive host!

Pros: Emanuele was beyong kind and accomodating as a host, it was such a pleasure to stay at his place. The apartment ia just FANTASric! The views on the terrace are to die for! Highly recommend staying there!

Hospitality at its best

Pros: A very comfortable, well equiped appartement in the middle of Rome, close to Termini. The view from the roof top is just awesome. The host has a very good understanding of support and hospitality. We had an absoultely great time at this place.

Convenient location and property provided everything we needed.

Pros: Great location just 15 minutes to the train station. amazing view from the terrace. Host was exceptional, he met us at the property explained everything and shared some food recommendations

Cons: 5th for without lift, but we were there for the steps 🤣

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and wonderful terrace. Just a walking distance to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and Colosseum and metro station for Vatican city. Trevi fountain and Pantheon are walkable if you dont mind. Restaurants nearby. Most of all our host Emanuele was simply excellent. Easy communication, he's quick to respond to questions, he accommodate our requests for early check-in and even organise taxi pick up on our departure. We really appreciate everything.

Cons: The stairs up to his top floor apartment may be quite challenging to some but once inside its relaxing esp seeing the view from the terrace.

Pros: Great appartement! A little bit challenging to get there, but once you're there it's fantastic. We got great help in everything, the place upstairs for stargazing is great. The appartement has everything you need.

Pros: The apartment is located in an excellent area – quiet and clean, with supermarkets all around and the metro within walking distance. The view from the terrace is wonderful! We will definitely come back here again!

Cons: We liked everything. The only thing is that for people who have problems with their legs and find it difficult to climb stairs, it’s important to know that the apartment is on the upper floors. But in return, you get the most stunning view of the city!
