Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and attractions.
Pros: Great location, walkable to most main attractions and station! Big flat with open spaces, closet had great lighting for make up would be happy to stay longer or return next time. host was friendly and helpful!
Cons: building was under construction at time of visit so very dirty and dusty outside, a few floors up, no lifts so hard to get big luggages up but wide corridors/steps. not the best lighting for make up, shower could be better. price was quite steep but guess the timing/year didn't help very much.

Beautiful apartment, close proximity to main tourist attractions, spacious and homey.
Pros: The apartment was very spacious, and the location was amazing.
Cons: If you don’t like stairs this isn’t a good place to stay as there is no lift, however this wasn’t a problem for us.

Perfect location
Pros: Everything was perfect. Communication with the owner and assistant was fast and clear through whatsapp. The apartment was very clean, and the location was close to the main attractions. Besides being close to Roma Termini that I read that could be a bit dangerous area, I didn't feel unsafe at any moment.

Pros: Super lokalizacja! Byliśmy w okresie zimowym - mieszkanie cieplutkie 🙂 Na miejscu jest wszystko, czego potrzeba - sprzęt nie nie jest zniszczony. W budynku nie ma windy, więc jeżeli ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem schody mogą być wyzwaniem.
Cons: Niestety z kanalizacji w łazience czasami wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach 😔

Nie jest idealnie ale jesteśmy zadowoleni i będziemy dobrze wspominać ten pobyt.
Pros: Apartament jest przestrzenny. Świetna lokalizacja. Doskonały kontakt z Panem, który nas wpuszczał do apartamentu. Zorganizował busa z lotniska na 5 osób w cenie niższej uber. Na lotnisko podobnie. Wszystko świetnie i punktualnie. Sam apartament sprawia, że czujesz się jak Włoch mieszkający w Rzymie. Do metra niedaleko. Co Coloseum 15 min na piechotę w linii prostej. Wokoło wiele świetnych knajpek. Można wiczorem posiedzieć przy winku i dobrym jedzeniu. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna. Na dole pod oknami świetny pub irlandzki Druid.
Cons: Apartament jest ciemny. Jak ktoś lubi mieć jasno to tu jest ciemno - zwłaszcza w głównym pomieszczeniu nie ma górnej lampy. Łóżko w jednej sypialni (tej z oknem jest wgniecione (wyleżane). Druga sypialnia jest bez okna. Trzecie spanie to spanie w głównym pomieszczeniu na rozkładanej sofie (u nas akurat tam spała jedna osoba). Patelnie są stare - ciężko na nich coś zrobić. Ogólnie to wygląda o wiele lepiej na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Cena w 10.2025 za 4 noce 5k pln na 5 osób plus opłata klimatyczna 600zł. Opłata za zameldowanie po 22:00 to 100zł (20eur).

Roma de paseo en familia 😊
Pros: Las camas y almohadas super suaves, todo lo necesario en el piso para una buena estancia.. ubicación tiene cerca supermercados, paradas etc además que con Uber es económico y te mueves fácilmente y rápido según el lugar.
Cons: Hay que subir muchísimas escaleras muchísimas ( conté más de 50 escalones ) y con maletas es difícil, el barrio es céntrico y las calles super estrechas ( nunca hay parking) tened eso en cuenta si alquilas coche, el anfitrión nos estreso un poco para que llegáramos rápido por qué el tenía q irse a otro alojamiento a entregar llaves ( cosa q no es nuestro problema ) sin embargo llegamos y su cara era muy desagradable eso le quitó puntuación al establecimiento (todo cuenta).

Emplacement parfait pour visiter rome
Pros: L'emplacement..à côté de tous les sites touristiques et en particulier ou est enterré le pape François a 5 minutes et à 10 minutes de la gare..
Cons: Attention et ce n'est pas indiqué..il y a 3 étages à gravir..avec des grosses valises..ce n'est pas facile...

Perfect pentru o escapada de cuplu sau cu prietenii.
Pros: Foarte frumoasa locatia, foarte aproape de Colloseum. Apartamentul foarte spatios si foarte calduros. Zona este una linistita. Recomand micul dejun la bar ” La licata” care este foarte aproape. La foarte putini metri este si statie de metrou si obiective importante din Roma.

La bellezza inaspettata
Pros: L’appartamento é decisamente una bella sorpresa, da fuori l’ingresso e le scale del palazzo non sono propriamente una meraviglia, aprendo la porta di ingresso tuttavia la musica cambia, i materiali, l’illuminazione degli interni, le dimensioni notevoli del soggiorno e delle camere, la presenza di una grande cabina armadio, il grande angolo cottura, é decisamente una meraviglia. La dotazione é essenziale, ma c’é tutto quello che serve. Noi siamo stati nel week-end di capodanno ed il comfort dell’appartamento, la possibilità di controllare in autonomia i termosifoni, la presenza di ben due televisori é stato molto apprezzato. Lo staff dell’host é stato cortese e disponibile.
Cons: Unica pecca, la mancanza di oscuramento alla finestra della camera.
