Pros: The area, the space in the apartment itself. The decorations in the apartment are lovely. Clean and spacious. Monti is a great area with loads of shops.and restaurants nearby and transport. It's around 10 minutes walk from Termini station, so easy to get train from airport.
Cons: Nothing, the kitchen is slightly small however has everything you need

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment in a convenient location. The apartment is spacious and clean, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, which is very convenient when traveling with family or friends. The location is good, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, making the stay very pleasant.
Cons: However, some small details could be improved, such as updating the kitchenware and replacing the pillows. There is a coffee machine in the apartment, so it would be nice if there were enough coffee provided for at least one cup per person each morning.

Cons: La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia non era abbastanza forte ma può essere dovuto a certi orari o il periodo.

Apartamento ideal, ubicación ideal
Pros: El apartamento en general está muy bien, habitaciones, camas, baños, cocina... La anfitriona nos dejó unas amenities en el baño que vienen muy bien, y cápsulas de café para la cafetera. El menaje sin ser excesivo, es correcto y en buen estado, que es lo importante. La ubicación es ideal, a 7 min de Termini, y a un paseo de la mayoría de sitios turísticos de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Si vuelvo a Roma, cosa que me encantaría, tendré este alojamiento en cuenta.
Cons: Como crítica constructiva: el colchón del sofá cama, es muy blando y puede resultar un poco incómodo, según para quien. La presión de agua es baja y no dà para que haya agua caliente en los baños, para ducharse a la vez. Este problema, supongo, será ajeno al propietario del alojamiento.

Pros: Bardzo fajne miejsce dla większej ilości osób. Dużo miejsca, wygodne łóżka i fajne wyposażenie mieszkania. Byłyśmy w 6-osobowym składzie i dwie łazienki bardzo ułatwiły nam funkcjonowanie. Super kontakt z osobą wynajmującą. Dodatkowo skorzystałyśmy również z transferu na lotnisko z racji wczesnego lotu powrotnego. Super obsługa i super apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji. Blisko do metra i wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji. Spacerkiem 10 minut do Koloseum!!! Polecam.
Cons: Jedynym minusem była kołdra która nie miała klasycznej pościeli tylko dwa prześcieradła - jedna pod kołdrą, druga nad. Nie był to wielki problem, wręcz szczegół ale jakbym miała coś zmienić to tylko i wyłącznie to. Było ciepło i bardzo się wyspałam.

Pros: Very spacious apartment with excellent proximity to Roma Termini. We had an early morning flight and were able to catch an express train to the airport. It simplified our travel nicely. Bedrooms are large, and they accommodated our family perfectly. AC worked great (important in the summer). The unit has fun art on the walls and nice natural light from the windows. This is a more residential area in Rome, maybe not the right location for a first trip - but excellent if you know the city and want the comfort of a larger space with a living area. We were only here one night as we ended our trip. It wasn't as convenient to some of the tourist areas (e.g., around Piazza Novona), but it's only a 30-40 minute walk or short cab ride. There are cute neighborhood restaurants in this area (Monti), but it may take a little more effort to find them (the list from our host helped a lot).
Cons: Recommend improving the water pressure in the showers.
