Excellent location, good value for money

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, a walking distance to many touristic attractions. The staff ,although not all the time present, was present by demand.

Cons: We need many keys to open three doors, fact that increases the safety, but makes the entrance quite difficult.

Pros: Really comfy beds. The location is good too- you are about 20 minutes from all the main attractions in Rome. There are great restaurants around the apartment too. The place is spotlessly clean. The free snacks were a nice touch but if you are staying across the hall- you don’t get the cooking facilities.

Cons: The WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay and didn’t reach our room from the reception. The air con didn’t work. The shower goes from scalding hot to freezing several times throughout your shower. We loved the city view room but it is noisy- not a problem when you can keep the window closed in winter but it would be an unbearable combo with the broke air con in summer.

Pros: Excellent location, as central as it gets, helpful-pleasant-friendly staff, good sound proof windows, complimentary tea/coffee 24/7

Cons: Pillows were uncomfortable

Pros: Location is central so you can visit alot of places on foot for example Vatican city 30 min, Colloseum 30 min, Trevi fountain 20 min,.. also alot of restaurants closeby. The staff were great and friendly A++

Cons: It can be noisy if room is next to the street. Only the shower leaks to the bathroom floor.. issue by the shower door.. I heard other showers doesnt have the issue. Would be great if they fix it for the future.

Excellent value, great stay!

Pros: The location was excellent. Staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful Fantastic communal kitchen/dining area where they provided tea and coffee and you can prepare and eat your own food. I felt really safe there too

Cons: Sometimes there was a smell from the drains but this is probably really common in an old city like Rome

Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful. I would make a few small changes to the room, but overall everything was good and I had a pleasant stay.

Great combination of historical entrance and modern room

Pros: Extremely nice and helpful staff! The common area is absolutely perfect and beautifully designed. The only issue is that if your room is located in the other wing of the building, access to this common area is restricted, so you cannot reach it at any time. However, I asked about the possibility of getting an additional key, and they were able to arrange it.

Cons: Didn’t have Wi-Fi connection in the room

Pros: The hotel has great location. Claudia the host was fantastic and helped us with planning and great suggestions. Rooms were clean and good comfy bed.

Pros: Really nice place and perfect location. Staff were great and really helpful would highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome especially if it’s your first time.
