Value for money in excellent location.

Pros: Location, value for money. Perfect for weekend getaway to explore Rome. Good and clean bed, great liocation is all we needed for 3 night stay.

Cons: Noisy street. But it made troubles just for first night, later we gor used to it.

Great value in a great location.

Pros: Exceptional value for the location. Room was basic but functional also had a full size fridge which was handy.

Pros: Almost everything was exactly according to the description. The room and bathroom were very clean, bathroom functions witout any problem except the ventilation. Easy self check-in as well as check-out. Just in front of the gate to the house is the bus stop, next to the gate is Carrefour Express. The real Rome city center and all main attractions are for a normal people accessible even by walking. Small fridge in the room is a practical thing. The noise from the street declared by other guests can be solved by earplugs effectively. It's the place for staying overnight, not for a lounging or working.

Cons: The position on the map on booking.com is ca. 500 meters nearer to the center! The real position is very near to the bridges to Borgo (i.e. to Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo). There is no fan in the bathroom, so all the humidity can be drained by opening the room window only, which is not comfortable when there is around 6 °C outside - there is no possibility to put any heating on after closing the window (AC doesn't work for it). There used to be a double window (i.e. one more window in front of it) there... it coul'd fix the issues with a noise and insulation. Overall, nothing serious for a couple of nights for tourists.

Good value for money, great location!

Pros: Very good value for the money! Convenient location, within walking distance to all the must-see places. Maybe not the prettiest room, but clean, spacious and for that price really a bargain. Also there was no problem to leave a luggage after the check out and get later that evening before heading to the airport, which I appreciate.

Cons: Quite noisy outside, but thats understandable looking at the location. Small window, so it was quite dark inside even in the middle of the day. Weak, barely-working hair dryer. The place could probably use a renovation and re-decoration. But all things considered - those were small inconveniencies that are totally acceptable for the price that was low even for off-season.

Amazing

Pros: Great location, clean, good size, comfy bees and clean sheets. Easy check in, great notes and no complication’s occurred

Cons: On main road so kind of noisy but not a big issue.

Overall great stay at a budget price.

Pros: Centrally located to all the main attractions. Bus was handy to use & easy walking to cafes, restaurants & main attractions.

Cons: The only negative is traffic noise otherwise perfect & value for money.

One to repeat.

Pros: Brilliant location on the Corso right next to the bus stop to/from Termini and the Vatican. Clear instructions on how to get there and get in. Plenty of space. Clean. Free WiFi that worked. Good value.

Cons: It would've been nice to have a spare blanket during the unseasonable cold snap we had, and a second pillow. The shower gel wasn't quite enough.

Amazing stay

Pros: Excellent location, very spacious for two people, clean as you'd like, changed sheets and towels almost every day, we barely even saw the staff, but didn't need to since everything was taken care of. The door handle got loose one day, and they fixed it immediately the next morning after reporting.

Pros: Amazing location. Room was like the photos and good value for money. Very comfy bed.

Cons: The air conditioning unit was leaking on our final night and dripping into the floor and on to a phone that was plugged in charging which could have been dangerous- luckily we were in the room and noticed. Phone was charging there as the plug socket on the left side of the bed would not work without affecting the ceiling light

Location is amazing!!!!

Pros: The location is amazing!!! It is walking distance to majority main attractions in Rome. Next door is local street food and few doors after express supermarket, nice cafe across the road. The property has basics facilities for a few night stays. It is clean and looked after. The instructions were provided in advance and easy to follow.

Cons: The noise is the only thing that let us down. They really need to reinvest in windows/ put second set back in. The property is located on a busy road, that is in use day and night time.
