Pros: Very nice hotel in a central location with many of Rome’s main attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay – highly recommended for a city trip to Rome!

Perfect stay in city centre and vibrant neighbourhood

Pros: The location was amazing and well connected. I also loved the interiors of it. It was very easy to reach and the instructions were great to do self check-In.

Cons: No windows in the room to freshen the air.

Comfortable, modern, perfect location to explore Rome.

Pros: I had a wonderful time in Rome, the location of the guest house was excellent to explore the city, it was in a nice area of town, with most things accessable by foot or by bus (with a stop just outside on the street). Getting the key and the instructions to enter were very clear, we were in touch with the owner by whatsapp with the details, and all ran very smothly. The owner seemed very kind and also ready to help. I had a pleasant one night stay in the guesthouse, would definitely return back! Its as a good plus to have tea, coffe and some snacks in the room, and also I really liked the enterior (e.g. the ceiling incorporating the modern wall and the old timber). The bed was also comfortable to sleep on (I only stayed one night). Thank you very much!

Pros: The room was a lovely size, the amenities and location were great.

Cons: There were only two pillows on the bed and we would have appreciated a few more pillows.

Everything was perfect, I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons: The air-conditioning unit wasn't responding to any changes on the remote control. We ended up freezing all night.

Comfortable stay in a quiet alley but just around the corner to the liveliness of Rome

Pros: Location was perfect! Close to main attractions. Including the Vatican. I pretty much walked to every place. Except the Colosseum. But even that would be possible. Also I felt pretty safe as there were restaurants just around the corner. But it was still nice and quiet. So I could get a good nights sleep. And the A/C is also a Godsend in the Summer. It’s a new and fresh room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Ludovica was also very accommodating and gave very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Maybe a lot of keys and doors before you actually get to your room. But it’s a small price to pay for your safety.
