Pros: Good unit to stay at, roomy & comfortable. Comfortable bed which has been hard to find in Italy. Good communication from the hosts. This is a good place to stay at, once the 2 negatives are resolved, would recommend to others.

Cons: 2 negatives - on line check in app to get access was difficult and frustrating, would not actually complete so no access, to their credit hosts came through quickly with comprehensive access info. Power cuts off every 30-60 minutes due to a fault, trips the main circuit breaker. Reception says fault has been reported before. Once #2 light circuit turned off, power stays on but this fault needs to be repaired.

Lovely apartment and comfortable stay with all the basic necessities provided.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and tidy, with little clutter. There is A/C throughout which we only used in the bedroom but it made our stay very comfortable. There are also several shutter doors opening out onto the internal square which was nice. There is a coffee machine which we made full use of, and other facilities which would be useful for staying longer such as microwave, fridge freezer etc. all basics are provided including towels which was great and the decor is very nice and comfortable. There is also a fantastic old-style lift to get to the floor of the flat, which we liked. The location is good for some transport links but be prepared to walk to some of the sights.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to get into the front door of the building itself; it was closed and locked when we got there and when we pressed the buzzer there was no answer (I assume because the property is vacant for stays!). Once in, it was very easy to access the flat. Luckily a man coming into the building let us in downstairs. You also must leave a tourist tax in cash, so make sure you have this upon leaving.

Very good accommodation for staying in Rome :)

Pros: The host was friendly and sent us clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation. The apartment was clean, comfortable for 2 people, and had everything for a pleasant stay.

Cons: Everything was fine, I would add some small things for improvement: - Provide some paper towels or a dish towel in the kitchen. - Provide a foot towel in the bathroom. - The light in the fridge was blinking (probably just needs a new one), and the light in the kitchen was pretty dim. - The was some difficulty opening the building door, it seems it is a temporary issue which I am sure is going to be fixed, but it will be good to inform new guests about that :)

Pros: The location is very good and room is very nice only one thing is missing is request for baby cot, property not accepted my request. When i was book this apartment the host mentioned cot is available on request but when i was finalized book payment done everything the host rejected my request and the apartment cost is non refundable,

Good Location, Value for Money.....

Pros: Here are the things i liked. 1) The location of the apartment, its 15 mins walk from Roma Termini Train Station, not only that, it looked like prime location for me, where i can find small shops and restaurants in just 1-2 mins. 2) Cleanliness is well maintained and Air conditioning. 3) Host is very good to answer all our questions 4) Price -- Reasonable price for the stay, in this locality

Cons: This is small thing, since i have travelled with family with 2 kids of age 11 and 7, the sofa bed in the living room was not that comfortable to sleep.

Pros: 2 nights(2 adults+2kids(11&8 years old)+1 infant the house is comfortable, clean. the location of the house is excellent, very close to the center. the owner was very helpful and kind. only warning is the shower, you need to be very careful that the water does not go down immediately. but the rest of the stay is perfect!! we will definitely come back next time.❤️❤️❤️

Pros: La posizione è perfetta, servita e centralissima. La struttura, pulita ed accogliente

Cons: Avremmo gradito qualche comodità in più, come i cuscini aggiuntivi o i detergenti per la doccia

Gut für 2-3 Tage Aufenthalt

Pros: Gut geräumige Unterkunft, Zentral gelegen und gute Anbindung in die Altstadt.

Cons: Küche spartanisch eingerichtet, Sauberkeit im Bad nicht zu 100%. Da wir aber nur unterwegs waren, haben wir da nicht viel beanstandet Leider gab es beim Check out Missverständnisse. Auf dem Tisch lag ein Zettel, auf dem stand, dass alle Schlüssel auf diesem Tisch liegen sollen. Nach der Ausreise wurde mir aber per Whatsapp mitgeteilt, dass ich einen Schlüssel in die Box vor der Wohnung hätte reinlegen müssen (Vermieterin hat wohl keinen weiteren Schlüssel) Wie die Sache schlussendlich ausging weiß ich nicht, da die Vermieterin sich nicht mehr gemeldet hat. Also: nie alle Schlüssel in der Wohnung lassen! Auch wenn es auf diesem Zettel steht!!!

Super séjour à Rome!

Pros: Logement très bien situé et fonctionnel. Un petit problème de clef manquante dans un des trousseaux, mais la propriétaire a été très réactive au téléphone. Le check-in et check out en tout distanciel n'enlèvent rien à l'amabilité de l'hôte. Une adresse à retenir!

Cons: La literie un peu dure.

Pros: La verdad el hospedaje fue de primera. El dpto estaba limpio con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. El lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Lindo prolijo y cercano a roma termini.

Cons: Todo perfecto. Espero poder volver algún día.
