Great location, helpfull owner and super place to stay

Pros: Great location, 15 mins walk from main center and attractions, but in a lovely quiet area which was lovely to return too each evening after busy and noisy city ….apartment has lovely facilities and super clean with a small welcome pack of water, milk and wine etc which was lovely.Anthony was super helpfull…nothing is too much trouble and he responded each time very quickly. We will be returning next year . Highly recommend.

Pros: Apartment is spacious, everything we need was available, we felt like at our home. Host Antony was so supportive and helpful, he was available anytime we need him. :) Place is close to train station and metro. Our next time choice is definitely 61 Luxury Room in Rome.

Pros: The apartment is 20 mins walk to Trevi fountain and centre of Rome but is located in a quet residential block. It's a large apartment with good facilities, and Antony is an excellent host..

Pros: Antony was our fabulous host of this beautiful apartment. From 1st contact, when we were able to check in early (the apartment was available), Antony made every effort to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We enjoyed a welcome bottle of prosecco (Coca-cola for our u-18 year old), there was milk and water in the fridge and pre packed croissants, cakes and biscuits, tea and coffee, to set us up for our first couple of days. When we had some minor issues, Antony resolved these quickly and professionally. The apartment is well kitted out, in a fabulous location (22mins walk to the Spanish Steps), in a quiet residential area, but with many local restaurants close by (supermarkets are further away, though there is a kiosk nearby). One morning, Antony left freshly baked goods on our door for breakfast! If we return to Rome, we now know the best place to stay. Thank you again Antony for a wonderful stay 🙏

Exceptional host, ideal family stay

Pros: - Anthony is an outstanding host, we were extremely well taken care of. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Communication was very easy and quick. Thank you! - The flat was ideal for our family of 6, comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the washing machine came useful too. - Location was great, felt safe and it was easy to reach the centre. Walking distance from shops, great restaurants and Villa Borghese.

Lovely place to stay in a great location

Pros: This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The host was brilliant and greeted us on arrival and showed us around the place. Chilled wine and snacks were greatly appreciated as we were travelling to Rome to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Anthony was always one message away when we had questions or wanted recommendations on where to go/places around us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable and spacious

Pros: Spacious, comfortable with everything we needed in it. Location is very convenient. We had a baby in a stroller and we went to most central places on foot. Super market, pharmacy, a small cafe, a bus and a tube stop nearby. Antony is a real gem. A truly good person who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

Cons: Cleaning could be of a higher standard. We discussed this with Antony and he promised to take care of it. Location is not very vibrant ( near restaurants/ cafes etc)

Pros: Everything to like. The location couldn't be better. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything. Antony is an exceptional host and always eager to help. He even left pastries at our door on the morning of my husbands birthday!
