Pros: The property is close to the Termini Station. You can walk to the Colosseum, it's 30 minutes away, 60-70 minutes to the Vatican. You have metro and bus stations close by, 10-15 minutes walk. It's not big but it's nice and clean, it has one bedroom with a big bed, one small room with a single bed, bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, the essentials things you need for a quick meal. There are restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood, also stores for buying food, water etc, all reasonably priced. Good value for money!

Pros: Great location and easy check-in process. The apartment was exceptionally clean and has all the utilities needed.

Pros: Great location, air con, cooking facilities meant we could do breakfast and packed lunches, even a dinner! Communication from the hosts was exceptional even when our arrival time had to change due to delays in transport. Some great little bars and restaurants right outside.

Apartment was located in the inner block.

Pros: Communication with the owner was great. Facilities was good,especially there is AC unit. Price for location is very good. 2 separated rooms for 3 people. Walking distance from main train station Termini. Few shops and restaurants close too.

Cons: Maybe little loud at night on the street,because of night life - bars and restaurants. If you want to use AC at night - very loud too if you have problem with sleeping with some noise. Shoe prints on the wall from previous visitors. So maybe after season is time for painting.

Comfortable, clean, recommended

Pros: The property is very clean and fully renovated, with new furniture, appliances, and kitchen utensils — everything feels fresh and well maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, traditional oven and stove, coffee maker, and all the essentials you might need. The location is very close to Termini Station, in a neighborhood with many reasonably priced restaurants recommended by locals. Excellent value for money – I definitely recommend it!

Cons: There are some small details the owners could still improve, which wouldn't cost much and could easily be included in the apartment price – like a dispenser with liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom (more practical and probably cheaper than small individual ones), or paper towels in the kitchen. One bigger downside: the ceiling-mounted rain shower looks stylish, but a handheld shower would be much more practical for guests. It's hard to shower without getting your hair wet or having to move around a lot.

Great Apartment

Pros: We were very pleased with this apartment. The owner was so kind and allowed us to check in early. The apartment is in a great location, with lots of bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It's about 20 minutes walk to Termini (the main train station), or you can take a bus that stops just 2 minutes from the apartment.

Cons: It can sometimes be loud because of the bars mentioned above but that didn't bother us.

Pros: Super comfortable bed. Everything was great. The host was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
